just moved to chaparral and wanted a good local meal. my wife and i ordered the sesame fried tofu and fried rice and it was awesome. the tofu was crunchy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. the rice was perfect. it was our first time trying BIG Mama's and we will definitely be getting more often.

I paid 31.00 dollars for orange chicken. And hunan beef. Fried rice and 2 egg rolls. The hunan beef had 3 pieces of beef. All the rest was vegetables. If I wanted a vegetarian meal I would have ordered it. So disappointed. Will not go there again and will tell my friends not to go there. So sad try to support chaparral business and they do this..

I was looking for someone who serves sweet n sour pork. I drove 40 miles to get Mama's Chinese Restaurant. They a special with sweet n sour pork as an entrée. It well worth the drive from Las Cruses, NM to Chaparral, NM. The food was great and service was excellent. Will go there again and again.

Working in the area and my coworker suggested we try it. Place was not to busy which had me spectacle, but we went in and gave it a go. Service was great , food came out fast. Good size portion. If I the area again I would definitely stop again
Placed an order while on McGreggor. Was given a 1:45 delivery time. Was waiting outside at 1:45 delivery driver pulls up and delivers food to someone else but doesn’t have my order. Call back and I am told that my order will be leaving soon. Keep in mind I can see the delivery drivers car which is currently 30 minutes away from the restaurant. I understood a long wait time of close to 2 hours because of a large order +$200. It’s frustrating when you then need to wait an additional hour because of bad time management and estimation.
