“Willie’s Bar & Q never misses. Chef Gabe is on another level — everything he touches comes out legit delicious, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. The bar staff keeps the vibe right too. Chill, friendly, and they make you feel like you’re a regular even if it’s your first time in. Drinks stay coming, energy stays good, and the whole place has that laid-back, welcoming feel.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recommend birria tacos, they were very well served with lots of cheese and tortilla was not soggy. Salsa was on point and birria juice had good flavor. It was served with plenty of onions and cilantro. My only recommendation is to cut the limes in half. I would prefer half a lime which it is easier to squeeze rather than three little ones that when you squeeze them the juice ends up everywhere except your tacos. I do not recommend their aguas frescas. I had piña and my husband had pistachio. They were extremely watered down. I do not recommend their birria eggrolls. They had no flavor and they seemed to taste and had the consistency of beans. Other than that, customer service was excellent and the gentleman that took our order was very nice and polite.”

“Small little bar with great people. It's not too busy or overcrowded, even on a Friday night. The bartenders are phenomenal and very nice. The only problem that I have is that they don't have the biggest variety of alcohol to choose from. Other than that, I would recommend going to hang out, have a few drinks and even play pool or sit outside and talk.”

I am happy that he did.. the appetizers were delicious. The Chicken Tortilla Soup and the salad.. delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. “Excellent. Our... well... my 2nd time there. My beloved wife may have gone there w other ladies from church at least once or more times.
There was a small hiccup w one of the orders, & it seemed like our waitress may have had other duties going on, as we had to ask another waitress for something. She (our waitress) was very courteous, etc. And service has been good in the past. But for that day, I have to give a small ding. If possible I'd rate the service overall 4.5/5 ☆.”
