Hole in the wall in the desert, completely stumbled on this place…
I ordered a lunch special , I chose kung pao and orange chicken…and upgraded to noodles…their orange chicken was fabulous ! Based on reviews, Big Mama Chinese Restaurant in Chaparral serves great local Chinese food. The sesame fried tofu is crunchy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside, and the fried rice is perfect. Other popular meals include sweet n sour pork and coconut shrimp. The food is delicious with good size portions, and the service is excellent. Prices are good for the amount of food. The food comes out fast, and delivery is available. Customers will definitely order again and again.
