“My brother and I brought my mother here when she was visiting from Texas. We sat for a few hours playing cards, eating delicious treats, having amazing coffee, and spending time together. Love the vibe in this place.”

“Usually, in the past, service was fast and friendly. This time, I was asked to move past the window to the stop sign where I waited. It caused confusion when the vehicle behind me also was told to wait at the stop sign. I thought he had gotten his order so I pulled forward to let him go past me, only to have to back up to my original position after he, too, backed up to where he should have been. All this to make the clock lie about how long it took them to serve us? Also, when I got to the window, the girl told me they didn't have biscuits, and if I would accept jalapenos in their place. I said yes, not wanting the extra carbs. When I got home, biscuits were there-no jalapenos. I think they should have given me both in return for that 10 to 15 minute wait.”

“I love Auntie Anne's Pretzels Freedom Crossing! They have great customer service, delicious food, and friendly employees. The pretzels are always fresh, hot, and buttery, and they have a variety of flavors and dips to choose from. The drinks are refreshing and complement the pretzels well. The employees are nice and always greet me with a smile. They are fast and efficient, and they keep the place clean and organized. “No complaints. I personally haven’t had any issues with the food or staff. There was one time they forgot a side of fries but they were very quick to make it up. If you go during lunch hour, expect it to be crowded.

Kid-friendliness: Server was very friendly toward my kids who wanted to run around. Was patient and understanding.”
