“The food, as always, was fresh and delicious!!! The lady working was alone, and she was super busy, and had a store full when I walked in for my online order. She was the sweetest, and never lost her cool, and handled it like a pro!! Wish I had caught her name to let her boss know how awesome of an employee she is!!”

“This location was welcoming and was very clean. The restrooms were fresh and clean. It has plenty of seating and offcourse plenty of variety on the menu. I would highly recommend to make your order on the app or website. The website/app has plenty of deals that will help you save money.”

“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! Love the swings ✅”

“We absolutely loved the food - best sashimi we have found in EP so far. Although our servers were nice people, they were forgetting items we ordered and had trouble remembering when we asked for more water, another tea, etc. Kind of seemed like they were distracted or maybe the music was too loud and had trouble hearing? In any case, we will be back.”
