Work was super crazy and I wasn't able to pick up the sandwich I had ordered on time. When I got there resolved to pick up a cold sandwich they remade it for me and even modified my order. I appreciate it so much!
My favorite subway in the west area always attentive and friendly customer service reps./sandwich artists but the management really needs to get them some help sometimes its packrd the line almost out the door and poor dudes theres only 2 of them handling the cashier toasting prepping etc its insane you should be more thoughtful about your employees

The food, as always, was fresh and delicious!!! The lady working was alone, and she was super busy, and had a store full when I walked in for my online order. She was the sweetest, and never lost her cool, and handled it like a pro!! Wish I had caught her name to let her boss know how awesome of an employee she is!!
