“During the lunch rush, the line was long, however the staff is all hands on deck in the small confined space they are given for a food court Subway. They kept the line moving and the food as always was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.“

He was a trainee and didn’t really care but I’m glad I didn’t see him again since the last time he did my sub several months ago aghhhh. It’s the past but overall no problem overall there. 🥪“

“I order for lunch and was in a time crunch for lunch and so when I received my order me and my coworker were missing our sides of chips and so I called to advise them and a young lady assisted me and advised me to pick them up next day during my lunch just to ask for a manager. I went in the following day and as I was ordering food again I advised the cashier I was also picking up some chips I didn’t receive in my order on yesterdays order and she went to go get her manager Cynthia which I stated to Cynthia what went on and I advised I just needed the chips to make it easier for everyone and let me tell you she is one of a hell of a great Manager she stated she was not going to give me just the chips that she was going to give me my meals free today and I advised her she didn’t have to do that and she stated ma’am it was our mistake and I will have you enjoy your meal right this time!!! Wow we need more managers like that and understand the customers as well as take responsibility that we all make mistakes but we are all able to resolve solutions as well!! Good job Cynthia I have more than 10 years of customer service experience and let me tell you that you are doing an amazing job and never stop being the way you are even if you become a higher up person because money can change people and sometimes our positions matter more than our humbleness and doing the right thing for a customer!!! “Staff it's super nice and attentive. Food it's delicious specially breakfast pancakes. And place it's over all decent.
Finding parking it's a little annoying on the lunch time. Eating outside it's good but it's a lot of pigeons and get annoying.
But over all a really good place for eating.“
