“One of the best gelato shops I ever tried. I am a gelato addict myself, and I have tried gelato in almost every major city in the US; including all these hyped gelato shops in NYC. This shop is absolutely one of the best, not just in El Paso, but all over the US. It has a soft creamy texture, like a real gelato, not ice cream. The flavor selection is great; I specifically love their hazelnut, ferrero rocher, tiramisu and biscoff flavors, but almost all of their flavors are very good! Highly recommended!!“

“Today we came to Baskin Robbins on Resler and we would like to thank Fernanda for her excellent customer service. She was very sweet and helpful when she was taking our oder. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend her. She has a great, personality, attitude, and good working vibes that can be easily contagious to coworkers.“
“Oh my gosh people if you like your fried Twinkies you’re fried Oreos. This is the place. One of my biggest fears when eating fried food is tasting burnt oil are the things that were fried but in this place this is not the case crispy crunchy taste like Oreo the ice cream is amazing, I got the Neapolitan Oreos it’s straight fire super good“

“Just ordered the banana split. They have a great little selection of ice creams, and a unique selection of toppings. Don't be afraid to come by if you don't speak Spanish, they speak English just as well. Very polite, they don't get mad when you ask a question or request. They're happy to help. Excellent service!“

“Everything taste amazing and there are so many options it can be overwhelming. The staff was super helpful picking and describing the flavors. Be aware that speaking and reading Spanish is helpful but not required. Just ask for help. I look forward to coming back again.“

“Excellent boba store, love that they use loose leaf tea, ingredients r fresh. Small store but surprisingly neat, well organized and clean; staff r very friendly. Highly recommend, unlike most unauthentic boba places in town serving sugary drinks, a unique local store with great boba!“
“must visit! they are made fresh and beautifully. I dont speak spanish but the man was trying to explain to me and I could tell he wanted us to know so even after buying the pine nut paletas (SO GOOD) he gave us to try 5 other flavours. imo the espresso was surprisingly good.next time I will come back for the spicy fruit paletas. they are not made too sweet too. very much appreciate that!“
“Had a good experience at this establishment even though construction does impede traffic directly from mesa. There is no availability to sit inside because of covid. They had run out of the flavor I was looking for but they worked with me to provide the flavor of drink i was looking for showing they know their inventory and are trying to accommodate each customer as best as possible. The didn't miss a beat offering suitable options.“

“The desserts we ate were delicious. They were a little stingy on the ice cream scoops for the banana split that my husband ate and there were no nuts. But, the customer service that Victor provided was outstanding. He was so helpful in explaining all the desserts with a lot of patience. Andrew did a good job on my dessert, but I can't remember the name of it. I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service.“
“Read some reviews here and some people say it's the best boba in town. I have not tried many locations in EP but if this is true, what a bummer. The flavors were fine and the boba was fine as well. My main issue with this boba tea is that it's not smoothie enough. It was mainly kinda cold liquid. The location is hot. I'm assuming they are conserving energy. The shop had purified water and other knickknacks as well. Service was good. Gotta support local.“
“This was order for a work luncheon. They had a few options to choose from. I ate the Urbano on a multigrain bread. It has turkey, ham, bacon, spinach and tomatoes and came with chips. The bread was so soft and delicious! It was a great filling sandwich. They also provided ice tea sweet and unsweet with ice, lids and straws. They even had a vegan option. Everyone looked pretty happy. I will keep them in mind for group meals.“
“Delicious dessert to top off the evening! My husband had the cookies and cream in a cake cone and I got the non-dairy mint coco-chunk ice cream!! So delicious!! I'm so happy when ice cream shops have non-dairy options!! This may sound strange but another great thing about this Baskin Robbins was the fact that it was a larger location than the ones we have in Utah and they have customer restrooms!“
“Down town El Paso. Family owned, friendly people.Fast unload considering they don't have a dock, and use a fork lift, chain, and electric pallet jack to take pallets from the truck, to the ground, then to their freezer.Their unloading method is faster than most modern big warehouses.“
“The service here was completely amazing. I believe that the lady's name who took care of us was Amely. She was great at listing recommendations based of what she knew. It was my first time going into this venue and her help really helped! The selection is also relatively good with multiple variations to simple ice cream lollipops. For example you can dip your "Paleta" into chocolate and then add like canned sugar or something like that (I cant remember). You can also add fruit to the order and additional toppings. Definitely will be coming back to this place because of the customer service.“
“Orange Leaf has a large variety of frozen yogurt, self-serve. Humble Donuts is an offshoot also inside. A hostess will dip tiny donuts into your preferred topping or glaze. It’s not cheap eats there, so be careful as you load up your bowl.“
“I'm back baby! Basucazo! This delicious combination of half chamoyada half amazing flavors and all deliciousness is the reason why even after I moved to central I still drive all the way to the west side for. But Sherman isn't there places in central that offer chamoyadas and antojitos? Why yes but the difference is the amazing service and great flavors that Festival Snacks offers. They are soon going to close for two weeks during the holidays so I suggest getting your last snacks in but if u miss them come January they'll be open again to satisfy all your antojitos cravings! Best on the menu is their Basucazo shown in the pic. Their fresas con crema and their Manzana con Tamarindo! They run a delicious elite both on the cob and cup and their nachos are boooooomb! Definitely can't wait for COVID to be over to actually sit outside the shop and enjoy a lovely evening with the fam!“
