“The owner was amazing both times I've been in. He's been present and even come out from behind the counter to introduce himself. I'm all about good customer service and have not been disappointed! and it's clean! His presence and friendliness has won me as a customer and I will continue to the spread word.“

“Exceptional customer service five stars to the entire team thank you for the amazing experience immediately entering the door. I was greeted by all employees. They all look super focused and has smiles on their face. They were friendly and easy to talk to my order was freshly made still warm upon arrival and super delicious. Thank you team for the pleasant experience. The Apple one was my favorite personally, and the runner-up would be the chocolate chip chunk super good!“

“Everything is so delicious!🤩“

“Very nice presentation of the cookies, they treated me very well and showed me the variety of sizes they have. The only bad thing is that the day I went they only had 5 flavors of cookies and the ones my daughter had seen in photos didn't have them. I imagine they change flavors but it would be better if they always had the flavors they use.“

“I always have the best experience at this Haagen-Dazs thanks to Damien, Brian, Chase, and Michael. I see them pretty much every time I come in and they make it feel so welcoming and personal. They’ve literally memorized our order, which is always such a fun surprise, and they make the ice cream perfect every time. The energy is always good, the vibes are unmatched, and the music they play is always fire. It’s the kind of place that makes you excited to stop by, not just for the ice cream but for the whole experience. Big shoutout to the team — you guys make this location a favorite!“

“Aw, You know, just simply The Best, El Paso has to offer! Period. All of those other guys can go ahead and 'call in sick!! They won't be getting any business, anyways! The best thing? Maybe Ice cream cakes? Maybe their hot brownie melt, their world-famous banana splits? Everything here is 5 ?! Enjoy fresh dairy flavor at a modest price.“

“great customer service...“

“💯 % recomendada Las aguas frescas y las paletas Deliciosas 👍🏻“

“I wanted to take a moment to share some well-deserved praise for the team at the Zaragoza location, especially Phoenix. From the moment I walked up, Phoenix went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. They were welcoming, efficient, and made sure my order was accurate and served fresh and hot.
It is rare to encounter someone with such a positive attitude and strong work ethic during a busy shift. Phoenix represents Boss Chicken exceptionally well, and great service like that will definitely keep me coming back. Thank you for a great visit!“

“Looking for a snack spot but haven't found one yet? Then THIS IS THE SPOT. by far the best service and snacks I've had in El Paso yet and well I've lived here my whole life that should tell you something. Elote en vaso the best hands down, fresas con crema is a must and don't don't get me started with the strawberry cheesecake sundae ????? This place is a must now I'll be a returning costumer for sure ??“

“Excelente lugar con buenísimos precios y una atención de primera calidad“

“This place is always clean whenever the guy cashier is here, they used to have some ladies that always had the facility dirty, and did NOT know how to make the crepes right and we would always see them on their phones rather than doing their job. Now this facility has improved, the service is good, fast and the guy always prepares our order to perfection.“

“Please clean this place! Stopped by today at The Fountains location and it was super dirty. Never seen this store so nasty.“

“Experience is always good but what's lacking is if I order a custard which I do once a week I don't want it to come out with my drink cuz it's melting while I'm waiting for my food to come out I want my Custard with my food comes out. Also if I order 16 oz custard I expect to get 16 oz they leave it in skimping And today I had to ask for a cop carrier little details that's the only reason everyone got four stars pictures below reflect what I was given that is untouched and that's how I got it“

“Awesome service and delightful desserts!“

“Love the their tacos!! Plus the blizzards are a plus!!“

“What a great find for fresh sandwiches to pick up before flying out! 5 minutes from ELP. Beats any of the fast food options. Excellent easy to use online ordering and fresh handmade sandwiches. Love their pecan cranberry chicken salad and Arnold Palmero We will be back!“

“Cynthia has helped me with the past two birthdays we have celebrated! The first time I accidentally set the date for a later day and she was so kind to write “happy birthday” on the spot! The second time she treated me with just as much kindness! Thank you Cynthia for helping us make birthdays special!“

“I have always like eating there but today was awkward since when do you all allow customers to drink there??? There was a guy there with his pants down showing his underwear sitting at the corner by the restrooms drinking cans of twisted teas. I asked one of your crew members since when. Better management was needed specially when you have kids going in we don’t want to see their pants down very disappointed today“
