“me salio un cabello en mi nieve lo cual okay entiendo a cualquiera nos puede pasar. le comentamos a la muchacha que la nieve estaba muy pequeña y nos agrego nieve al momento de cobrar me los cobran dobles lo cual la verdad no tenia el valor de los 4 y algo que nos ivan a cobrar les dijimos y nos dijieron que no podian hacer nada asi que regresamos el producto. muy mal servicio! era nuestro lugar favorito pero esto fue la gota que derramo el vaso!“

“Very nice presentation of the cookies, they treated me very well and showed me the variety of sizes they have. The only bad thing is that the day I went they only had 5 flavors of cookies and the ones my daughter had seen in photos didn't have them. I imagine they change flavors but it would be better if they always had the flavors they use.“

“This place is always clean whenever the guy cashier is here, they used to have some ladies that always had the facility dirty, and did NOT know how to make the crepes right and we would always see them on their phones rather than doing their job. Now this facility has improved, the service is good, fast and the guy always prepares our order to perfection.“

There was a guy there with his pants down showing his underwear sitting at the corner by the restrooms drinking cans of twisted teas. I asked one of your crew members since when. Better management was needed specially when you have kids going in we don’t want to see their pants down very disappointed today“
