It floors me the amount of times I come here to find they have only Vanilla custard and not Chocolate. Management needs to be more on top of what they go through so that they can give a consistent experience having all the menu items available.
We placed a online order & unfortunately part of our order was missing. When I called about the missing meal the staff apologized & offered a refund,when the refund did not go thru the manager offered to replace the missing meal. The staff & manager were apologetic,friendly & professional throughout the whole process.
