“Restaurant was very clean, staff were extremely polite, and put food came out very fast. The spicy chicken tenders were good, great spice and weren’t soggy. Fries are just plain, no seasoning. Texas toast was very soft and delicious. Boss dipping sauce was good too, similar to Cane’s but with a tang. The El Patron sandwich was really sweet, sweet pickles and sweet sauce, did not care for that. Also using tenders on a sandwiches makes it a challenge to keep it all together.“

“Every time we have been there food and service had always been good and delicious. Today the food was delicious but the attitude received from Liehla was horrible. She had a bad attitude, was rude and forget the facial gestures! But unfortunately for all of us, that's our future everyone! I did let her know in person (because I did call in the order)she should try not to be so rude next time, that's when the faces got worse. This is the location on Zaragoza near North Loop. I hope her Manager sees this and has a talk with her on what a host should really be like.“

“We go to BOSS when we are in El Paso, we have no complaints. It's quiet with background music and over all calm. It has great chicken, fries, and hot dogs. The service is usually quick and the cashier is polite. All around now complaints.“

“I came for lunch and had a salad. Raul saw me and very kindly asked me if i wanted a cup of water. Wow! If this is not amazing customer service then i dont know what is. He gaved me a smile and a cup of water so i wouldn't choke on my salad. These little things matter so much. Thank you!“

“Yesterday the store was abslotely packed drive thur was backed up 6p . I decided to walk in to make my purchase. It was obvious that the staff was doing there best . Hats off to the crew dealing with customers that cant see the obvious but only want there order. Staff stayed very professional and courteous.I want to let them know they dont go unnoticed. “Boss Chicken is one of my daughter's favorite spots! She always gets the Boss Combo, while I lean more towards the El Jefe Combo. We love dining in because it's part of our father-daughter time, and the place is quiet, perfect for conversation. Funny story—my wife once ordered and paid through the drive-thru, then drove off without the food! (Don't worry,She drove back to get it ?) Today they took a little longer than usual and the attention to detail and making up for their mistake was awesome! “Today, on August 28, 2024, I had an unfortunate experience at the Chick-fil-A East Lake Horizon City location. They forgot the eight-piece nuggets in my meal and also made my drink incorrectly. It was a great inconvenience to have to drive back to the store. However, I must commend the manager, Abe, who greatly assisted me in resolving the issues. He replaced the food and handled the situation professionally. While this Chick-fil-A has made mistakes in the past, I appreciate the effort made by Abe. Because of Abe I'm willing to give them another shot. I'm writing this review in hopes that they can improve their performance and services moving forward. I’m giving the store a 4 star review but Abe gets a 5 star review.“
