“We were sat immediately. Our waitress, Katie, gave excellent service. Prices were very reasonable. Food was absolutely delicious! We had Chorizo Queso Dip, Poblano Spinach Dip, Green Chili Burger, Spicy Habanero Burger, and Bacon Guacamole Burger, all with fire fries. Everything was served hot and fresh. Samantha Pedroza, manager, checked on our table. I had previously met with her regarding holding an event at the restaurant. She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Based on our initial meeting, I knew I had to dine here and I was not disappointed! Liz Chavez also checked to see how are dining experience went. She was also very nice and professional. This will be one of my go to restaurants!“

“Today I had the pleasure of attending a retirement party at Olive Garden on Woodrow Bean in El Paso, TX. We had an enormous group, and despite how busy and overwhelming it could have been, one our waiter DJ did an excellent job.

I could tell he had a lot going on, but he remained polite, attentive, and professional while taking my order and making sure I was taken care of. That kind of dedication does not go unnoticed, especially during such a large event.

Thank you, DJ, for your hard work and for providing great service under pressure. I truly appreciate it and hope to visit again soon and be served by you again! 🫶🏽💕💙“

“My son's girlfriend wanted chicken alfredo, so we decided to have dinner at the OG. They both ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup to start, but neither liked it (they're both extremely picky). I ordered the minestrone, and I finished it, but it was very salty, which is par for the course with OG and a major reason why I haven't eaten there in years; I'm not a big fan of excessively salty food.
Both my son and I ordered the mango iced tea (?), and OMG! It was so sweet! Too sweet for my liking, so I gave it to my son. His girlfriend got the strawberry lemonade and seemed to enjoy it.
They both ordered the chicken alfredo: his with broccoli, hers without. I ordered the herbed salmon, and it was very flavorful, although (again) quite salty. It came with broccoli, but it was soft, which I didn't much care for. I asked our server for unsweetened iced tea with LIMES and specifically asked her for the GREEN ones, and she brought me a slice of lemon. I wasn't surprised, though, because that's usually what happens when I ask for limes.
We didn't order dessert, but my son really likes the mint chocolates our server brought to our table at the end of our meal; she was nice and high energy.
Overall, the experience wasn't bad, but I don't think I'll be returning, just because OG is not the first place I think about when I want authentic Italian cuisine.“

“Today we stop for dinner despite we said before we were not coming back, for previous experiences of poor service, eaiting time to get table even were a lot of empty tables, and for the delays on bring food to the table

As soon we came in surprising we're not waiting time, server arrived promptly and brought our food right on time even were many people. Everything was close to be a perfect dinner.... we finish our food & were pleasantly chatting (5 minutes) when the waiter stop and asked if we will be ordering something else; we said no, and he said that we had our time pass out, so we had to pay right in that moment. TOTAL CRASH!!! what ever he did during the service went to the trash!!!!“

“We normally order an XL pizza, and it never disappoints. The pizza is absolutely delicious, and the flavor is everything you’d expect from a place that truly advertises fresh ingredients. Every bite tastes perfectly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. On top of that, store manager Enrique offers great service and makes customers feel welcomed and appreciated. “I had a great experience at Los Cuñados. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered several different dishes so we could try a variety of items, and every single plate was a hit. Everything we tried was full of flavor and clearly made with care.
We also ordered refried beans and guacamole to share at the table, and both were excellent. The guacamole was fresh and very well seasoned, but the refried beans really stood out. Hands down, they are the best refried beans I have ever had in El Paso.
On top of the great food, the restaurant itself is very nice and welcoming. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the live music adds a perfect touch that makes the experience even better. This is definitely a spot I would recommend and will be coming back to again.“

“What a delicious burger! I stopped by this restaurant in the El Paso Zoo (Great zoo btw) to have a bite to eat. I ordered the Lone Star burger. I was delightfully surprised by the quality for just $13. It was a 1/3 pound burger with a brioche bun, thick cut bacon, BBQ sauce and a chargrilled flavor! Very tasty, I love that smokey chargrilled taste. The fries were just right, thick, crispy on the outside, with a dusting of flakey salt. Mmm! “I came in a couple of weeks ago for the first time on a Monday so we got to enjoy the Monday special prices. It was about 5 pm and it did appear some items were sold out so I wasn't able to try what I originally wanted but I did have a pizza and dulce de leche empanada. I loved the pizza but I did think the dulce de leche was quite dry and not as flavorful and warm as I would've hoped. Overall considering the price I do think it was a very cute little place!“

Already win for me but now for the main reason for this review, JAMELLE! He is so absolutely amazing! The day I went I got a veggie pizza and buffalo wings to share with my hubby, my daughter got a philly pizza and my mom got a pineapple mushroom and black olive pizza and some cinnasquares. We also shared some cheese sticks and breadsticks and it was all delicious 😋! They were having some system issues but Jamelle was ON POINT! They were having to remember most of the orders because of the system issues but customer service was still nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL! With all that was going on sometimes you can see the team struggling under pressure but not this team! This was my first time having Marcos pizza and I am definitely going to be a long time customer now! Also BIG thank you to Jaime! Your team is TOP NOTCH sir! I refuse to believe that high quality customer service and food is a dying breed, and you all are proof!“

“Nice, new, clean facility. Friendly service. I've eaten at Panera at other Texas locations, Baton Rouge, Florida. Always good. El Paso is a very dry desert. You have to make adjustments to leaving your bakery and bread products exposed to the dry air here because the air is so dry that baked good start to harden in minutes. If you notice, mexican bakeries cool them, then place them in a plastic bag with very small opening to allow the goods to stay fresh but not dry out. We had to tear off the hard parts to eat our sandwiches. Soup was excellent. Cookies except the kitchen sink cookie were already hardening. Hope you address this quickly. Thanks.“
