First time & last time. To sum up, we ordered online for pickup. One sandwich was supposed to be on croissant-it wasn’t. Soup side was supposed to be broccoli cheddar-it was potato. Website specifically asks if we want a pickle we said yes-no pickles. Pickup experience was sad. Girl at the front was by herself with her back to us while she packed to gos. As she packed a haphazard line of about 7 people formed. Poor girl was slammed. Flavor was eh.
This was our first visit to McAlister’s Deli, and will not be our last!We ordered The New Yorker which was loaded with corned beef, pastrami, Swiss cheese and spicy brown mustard, and a ham & cheese melt! It had Black Forest ham, Swiss, brown mustard, tomato on ciabatta bread. They were amazingly good! Oh, and a side comes with an order of a full sandwich.The restaurant is extremely clean, roomy, and the service was excellent!Recommended. 5/5

First time visit was enjoyable. A bit pricey but the food was good. Soups were lukewarm but the service was fast and the restaurant was clean. Panera should learn from this place.
