I’m not usually a pizza person but bf loves this place, so I go. The pizza dishes, along with some other things on the menu are unique. The restaurant seems to take some of the common comfort foods, like fries and pizza, and gives them an interesting twist and it turns out great! I do like how the pizza is deep-dish and doughy. There are some salad options and those are great, too! Also, the vibe inside is really festive, with frequent live music.

La Bang Bang is a restaurant with a super awesome vibe and a cool dive bar feel. The Detroit style pizza is incredible, maybe the best ever eaten, and really good. Specific pizzas include the Bang Bang pizza with whipped ricotta and hot honey drizzle, and the El Sancho with a little spice. The wings are fire, including mikes honey hot and La llorona flavors. Portions are great. The service is amazing, very good, and some of the best around, with professional bartenders. The bar and restrooms are clean. The crowd seems super cool. It is a little gem highly recommended for its very very good food and great service.
