“Came here to celebrate my birthday and honestly it turned into one of the best dinners I’ve had in a long time. Our server Lexi was fantastic, very attentive the whole night but never hovering, always checking in right when we needed something. Joan, the store manager, also stopped by our table a couple times to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.

The best part though was the birthday surprise. They decorated our table and brought out a complimentary dessert with a candle and “Happy Birthday Sara” written right on the plate. Small touch, but it made the night feel really special.

Food was great as always, but it’s the service that’s going to bring me back. If you go, ask for Lexi she took such good care of us. Highly recommend this location.“

“My partner and I come from Las Cruces and we came to El Paso just to have PF Changs. Although we had to wait because there was a mistake with our order being placed our waiter Diego was incredibly kind and got the mistake addressed and fixed right away. He made sure our food was fresh and apologized for the inconvenience. We have never had a waiter that was so quick to act and as kind as Diego tonight! Thank you for the amazing experience we really enjoyed it!“

“I had a lovely experience, I had a long day and I needed something cozy to feel better. I picked the Gom Ramen and it was very savory and cozy. I accompanied it with the honey citrus tea to chill my body, I also enjoyed a sweet Vietnamese iced coffee 😊 it was the perfect combination to get my spirits up. Overall another favorite part was the service and the staff! Very kind people always checking to make sure I was doing okay during my visit 🫶🏼 very happy with my experience! Thank you❣

“I have been to Mac's several times and try to get something new each time. I drive into El Paso a few times a year and I always stop by here. they make the most amazing flavors of cheesecakes. this last time I tried a new dessert which was a bourbon bread pudding. Oh man it was to die for! but I think this lost weekend I found my favorite dish. Grilled Salmon with an amazing mushroom lemon sauce on a bed of rice. its served with a refreshing and crisp spinach salad on the side. they have amazing po boys lobster mac and cheese and other favorites but this Salmon with the mushroom sauce is by far my favorite. I almost went in again for another plate before I left town lol. The people there are amazing they're friendly and attentive. 5 stars And I always recommend them to my friends and family and El Paso. they've never been disappointed! thanks Mac's for never letting me and my hungry fam down! 💕“

“Genuinely my favorite place to eat in El Paso, I always look forward to when they open and any time I go in it’s the highlight of my week. They serve a lot of different kinds of ramen and udon as well as a variety of other dishes, highly recommend the yakinikudon, it’s though it does take the longest to make. Food does take a while to come out so definitely don’t come starved, but it’s sooo worth the wait. It’s a really good place to go with friends. Super small staff but they’re all incredibly sweet and friendly !!“

We ordered 2 bowls of soup we asked if she could do half hot n sour and half egg drop and let me tell you its some of the best soup I've had we also ordered the lemon chicken and sweet n sour chicken both were tangy, the lemon actually tasted like fresh lemon. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and it didn't take long to get waited on. Alex, my server, offered many recommendations on light choices and popular drinks. This restaurant swaps out their menu based on the time of day, but some remain, if the customer ask. The whole experience was worth it and I will be going back to try another dish.“

I also love how they designed the place! My only “complaint” is that ice cream was way too sweet for my liking, and by the way they make ice cream themselves :-) thank you for creating this place for the community and people!“
