Excellent steakhouse in an evocative setting in El Paso. The hotel itself, grand and opulent, lends itself well to this sophisticated restaurant. The delicious meal paired nicely with the wine selection and quality, and the quiet ambiance made we want to stay. Alberto, my server, was attentive but not overbearing, which is the perfect balance. Overall, terrific experience, and I will be back.
Everyone at the restaurant had great knowledge of what they were serving. Everyone was very professional, courteous, outstanding service. Thank you. I would also like to mention our server. His name is Jason who was great.

Awesome restaurant for a date night! It is beautiful and more of a private ambiance. We had the bone in ribeye, gnocchi and milk and honey dessert. The ribeye tasted excellent, super tender not dry at all even though we ordered medium well. The gnocchi is a must try, super airy and delicious.
