When we walked in, the owner greeted us and was very welcoming for the start. We ordered the oyster shots, which, hands down, was soooooooo good! “I have always wanted to try prof and press since being back in town. We went on a Tuesday night, aside from a couple of people at the bar, we were the only ones there. Jonathan, our server and bartender, greeted us right away. He was amazing. They have plenty of drinks on the menu but I asked him to surprise me with anything of his choosing. He ended up serving me amazing drinks that weren’t on the menu. He is very talented and gave us great service. As far as the food, we wanted to try the flatbreads. We did have an incident were one of the flatbreads fell to the floor and they were so kind and replaced it for us. Even if it was our fault. They handled the situation great and we appreciated them. The only negative I have from this place was the restroom, they are not as clean as I would like them to be, you can see they aren’t clean even with the dark lighting they have. Aside from that, I would go back to proof and press again and try more of their cocktails ?Parking: Tons of parking“
“We love it here. Unlike the name says, it doesn’t take itself too seriously, and is not a “snob” of a bar. We come for cocktails usually around 10ish and it’s not too busy usually, but it should be busier. The cocktails are always amazing. Service is great. And prices aren’t too bad either.
