“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! Love the swings ✅“

“The owners are absolutely delightful and very friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable with wonderful outdoor seating. It can be difficult to find them as they are hidden between two buildings. Their address is on Trawood but their entrance is actually on Mosswood. It is worth the find! I had the brown sugar daddy, an iced latte, and it was amazing!! I was able to order it mostly sugar free which was nice. The menu has many options with traditional Mexican drinks. I will definitely return many times over!“

“So happy to have stopped in here for brunch today 7/10. The atmosphere and service were superb. Our server Oscar was so helpful he walked us through the menu. When I asked what was good, he said EVERYTHING, he couldn't pinpoint just one dish for us to order. They have both alcohol and non-alcohol beverages available. Great selection of coffee drinks both hot and cold. I ate the Avocado toast, it was so pretty, I didn't want to eat it. It wasn't just avocado on toast; it was 2 pieces of sourdough bread with what seemed to be a full, large avocado arranged so neatly with arugula, radishes, balsamic vinegar, and 2 poached eggs (mine were a bit done, but still tasty) with a choice of side. It was so pretty!!! I also ordered a coffee Americano, it hit the caffeine spot. Husband ordered the Southwest Benny it came with a honey biscuit, 3 fried chicken breast strips (freshly breaded and fried), country gravy, and 2 poached eggs which were done perfectly with a choice of side. Worth the stop, even with the construction. Make the trip, you'll be glad you did. The kitchen does everything to order so it does take time to get your food, but worth it.“

“My favorite coffee spot in El Paso. Easy and quick for a grab and go brew, not the kind of place you linger at and try to chill with your computer. When I'm not looking forward to getting my caffeine fix from their awesome seasonal drinks then my favorite is their taro oat milk latte. Perfect for a hot day!“

“Boricua here — the food was authentic and the environment was welcoming with excellent customer service!! El Cafe con Leche fue perfecto, and the sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. I can tell that management really cares about the details and is attentive to customer satisfaction. This is one of the best experiences in all of El Paso!!“

“It was so hot and right away the staff got to us while standing outside which is appreciated! They took our orders quickly. It was our first time there and he was so nice explaining the items we had questions about. I appreciated his excellent customer service. “Coffee shop that you enter in the back alley. Google will take you to a building that looks abandoned, even the street parking is blocked with cones. The entrance is through the tall gate with barbed wire, we even 2nd guessed going in. But glad we did, the coffee amd ice tea was good and the service very friendly.“

“Stopped in around noon while out shopping. The shop was surprisingly quiet, but that's to be expected for the middle of the week in a shopping center. It made for a nice, relaxed atmosphere without feeling rushed or crowded.

The employee who helped us was knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to talk to. She answered our questions, offered recommendations, and seemed to know the menu well. It's always refreshing when someone can confidently explain the different options instead of just pointing at the menu. Our drinks were made quickly, looked great, and tasted just as expected.

The store itself was clean, organized, and inviting. While we didn't spend a long time inside, it was a comfortable place to wait for our order.

The only downside had nothing to do with the business itself—it was getting in and out of the shopping center. The parking lot is awkward to navigate, and depending on traffic it can be a bit frustrating. Honestly, if Kung Fu Tea ever opened a standalone drive-thru location, I think they'd be busy from open to close. Their drinks and customer service are certainly good enough to support it.

Overall, this was a very positive experience. Friendly service, good drinks, and a clean shop made for an enjoyable stop. We plan to return again before leaving town, and I'd happily recommend giving them a try if you're in the area.“

Was looking for a place to work out of since I was only visiting town for work, but they dont have wifi, so if youre looking to work from a coffee shop, it might not be the best choice. Loved the decor and atmosphere as well as the vinyl playing. There is no, or maybe very little AC so unless its nice outside, you wont be able to stay too long!“

“I love Starbucks but this time I was disappointed because I order an ice duvi chocolate mocha and was very very strong in flavor and they did not added the pistachio flavor which is the duvi chocolate flavor. “It's only been my third time coming to this Starbucks because it's a bit out of the way for me and the only thing that makes me mad is that I haven't started coming sooner. I come to study and staff is extremely respectful. I was greeted and given attention as soon as I walked in despite their busy drive thru line! I also observed the way they interacted with other customers and it was consistent the whole time I stayed. You can tell they've built healthy relationships with their regulars it was heartwarming to see. I used the restrooms a few times too and both are maintained really well. I usually wait to get home because public restrooms are typically gross but def not here. The staff have undoubtedly created a comfortable environment whether you're just dropping by to pick up, staying for a study session or conversing with friends. AND the drinks are actually consistently made to a T, they taste exactly how I requested, baristas never miss. Hands down worth the extra time driving!“

“I was very impressed with this restaurant. My friend mentioned it and we tried it out. The restaurant offers breakfast and various Vietnames dishes. I had pho with chicken and a sprint roll and topped it off with a Thai tea. Everything was delicious. We arrived close to 1 pm and even though lunch was over, the placed stayed busy. Service was top notch.“

The Iced Mocha was delicious, not a massive sugar bomb, the chocolate was super nice.

The #6 Blend has become a favorite of mine. Recently got a coffee grinder and an espresso machine, been drinking it every morning since.“
