I want to take a moment to recognize Vanessa, who works the fries station, for delivering absolutely exceptional service every time I visit. She deserves all the praise and more.

From the moment she starts her shift, you can tell Vanessa takes real pride in her work. The fries she prepares are consistently fresh, hot, perfectly salted, and always cooked to perfection—honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had from any McDonald’s. It’s clear she cares about quality, and it shows.

Beyond her food preparation, Vanessa brings professionalism, speed, and a positive attitude to the restaurant. Even during rush hours, she stays calm, focused, and efficient without ever sacrificing quality. She moves with purpose, communicates well with her team, and keeps everything running smoothly.

What stands out the most is her work ethic. Vanessa is the type of employee who elevates the entire experience. She’s friendly, reliable, hardworking, and clearly dedicated to doing her job at the highest level. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like her—employees with that level of pride and consistency are rare.

“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! “The owners are absolutely delightful and very friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable with wonderful outdoor seating. It can be difficult to find them as they are hidden between two buildings. Their address is on Trawood but their entrance is actually on Mosswood. It is worth the find! I had the brown sugar daddy, an iced latte, and it was amazing!! I was able to order it mostly sugar free which was nice. The menu has many options with traditional Mexican drinks. I will definitely return many times over!“

“Stopped in around noon while out shopping. The shop was surprisingly quiet, but that's to be expected for the middle of the week in a shopping center. It made for a nice, relaxed atmosphere without feeling rushed or crowded.

The employee who helped us was knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to talk to. She answered our questions, offered recommendations, and seemed to know the menu well. It's always refreshing when someone can confidently explain the different options instead of just pointing at the menu. Our drinks were made quickly, looked great, and tasted just as expected.

The store itself was clean, organized, and inviting. While we didn't spend a long time inside, it was a comfortable place to wait for our order.

The only downside had nothing to do with the business itself—it was getting in and out of the shopping center. The parking lot is awkward to navigate, and depending on traffic it can be a bit frustrating. Honestly, if Kung Fu Tea ever opened a standalone drive-thru location, I think they'd be busy from open to close. Their drinks and customer service are certainly good enough to support it.

Overall, this was a very positive experience. Friendly service, good drinks, and a clean shop made for an enjoyable stop. We plan to return again before leaving town, and I'd happily recommend giving them a try if you're in the area.“

“I love Starbucks but this time I was disappointed because I order an ice duvi chocolate mocha and was very very strong in flavor and they did not added the pistachio flavor which is the duvi chocolate flavor. The other time it look green and the chocolate. Mixed delicious flavor. But this time it was only espresso and mocha very strong“

“It's only been my third time coming to this Starbucks because it's a bit out of the way for me and the only thing that makes me mad is that I haven't started coming sooner. I come to study and staff is extremely respectful. I was greeted and given attention as soon as I walked in despite their busy drive thru line! I also observed the way they interacted with other customers and it was consistent the whole time I stayed. You can tell they've built healthy relationships with their regulars it was heartwarming to see. I used the restrooms a few times too and both are maintained really well. I usually wait to get home because public restrooms are typically gross but def not here. The staff have undoubtedly created a comfortable environment whether you're just dropping by to pick up, staying for a study session or conversing with friends. AND the drinks are actually consistently made to a T, they taste exactly how I requested, baristas never miss. Hands down worth the extra time driving!“

“Visited before, but hadn't been back in a while until recently. Got an Iced Mocha and a bag of their #6 Blend (whole bean).

The Iced Mocha was delicious, not a massive sugar bomb, the chocolate was super nice.

The #6 Blend has become a favorite of mine. Recently got a coffee grinder and an espresso machine, been drinking it every morning since.“

This Starbucks is absolutely the best one in the city! The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the drinks are consistently delicious. 10/10 recommend! My son loves the staff too — they’re always so sweet to him. They also do tons of community service for Horizon, from Easter egg hunts to community night outs! I love how involved they are — it really shows how much they care.“

“Oh my goodness I go to this Starbucks and there is absolute baddies working there. Specially baddie Melissa and Sky. They are so tea and always clocking it. They serve drinks and face cards. I go to this Starbucks specifically for the baddie workers there. They make everything fire every time. They are better workers than SpongeBob. You know how he has great customer service and says “IM READY!”, well Melissa and Sky go beyond that. I keep my boyfriend in a cage so he doesn’t misbehave but i actually let him out to come with me to Starbucks once because he needed to experience this too. The workers are such divas. (In a good way). When sky and Melissa make my drinks it’s so good it makes me want to slap my man. I am so pleased with them. “I’ve come here every day for a week while a family member was in the hospital. This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. They say hi when you walk in and they brought me my order every day. When they found out why I was there every day they gave me a free croissant. Nicolas even knew my name by the last day I was there. I don’t usually go to Starbucks this often, but when I come back to El Paso, I will be visiting them again.“

“Came here on my way across town, I usually go to another Starbucks where my wife like the way they make drinks but we were running late. I was very impressed on how fast they are in the drive through, and they didn't mistaken any of the 4 drinks we ordered. The cold drinks were cold and the hot drinks were hot, the sweet was sweet and the dark roast was not burnt. Exceptional for a chain coffee shop. Probably the most accurate and fastest my order has ever been.“

“The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection.“

“I had a pretty disappointing first experience the first time I came in i was given the wrong drink . However it had been a while so I decided to give this location another try, since i was in the area and I’m really glad I did.😊
A barista named Ryder listened when I mentioned my previous experience. He applogized, & even suggested a drink he thought I might like i ordered it and the new drink was so much better I left the store feeling heard and with a way better outlook than before.
