I want to take a moment to recognize Vanessa, who works the fries station, for delivering absolutely exceptional service every time I visit. She deserves all the praise and more.

From the moment she starts her shift, you can tell Vanessa takes real pride in her work. The fries she prepares are consistently fresh, hot, perfectly salted, and always cooked to perfection—honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had from any McDonald’s. It’s clear she cares about quality, and it shows.

Beyond her food preparation, Vanessa brings professionalism, speed, and a positive attitude to the restaurant. Even during rush hours, she stays calm, focused, and efficient without ever sacrificing quality. She moves with purpose, communicates well with her team, and keeps everything running smoothly.

What stands out the most is her work ethic. Vanessa is the type of employee who elevates the entire experience. She’s friendly, reliable, hardworking, and clearly dedicated to doing her job at the highest level. “Maybel and Fae are total vibes! Absolutely thoughtful and helpful. I had a rum infused cold brew with dulce de Leche. This treat was BOMB. Sweet but not excsissivley sweet. Great flavor and subtle after flavors too. I am visiting home in El Paso after being gone for a year. This was such a warm welcome. My partner and 2 friends are here, they brought us all waters including a water bowl for my friends dog. The barista folk are great. Clean cool ambient esthetics. Nice temperate inside. “Visited before, but hadn't been back in a while until recently. Got an Iced Mocha and a bag of their #6 Blend (whole bean).

The Iced Mocha was delicious, not a massive sugar bomb, the chocolate was super nice.

The #6 Blend has become a favorite of mine. Recently got a coffee grinder and an espresso machine, been drinking it every morning since.“

“Their donuts are easily some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. My husband LOVES donuts and we always just get Krispy Kreme but what a MISTAKE- this place is our new favorite. I highly recommend to anyone wanting fresh donuts. Their drinks are even delicious and everything is so well priced. We will for sure be back and make this our new donut stop.“

This Starbucks is absolutely the best one in the city! The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the drinks are consistently delicious. 10/10 recommend! My son loves the staff too — they’re always so sweet to him. They also do tons of community service for Horizon, from Easter egg hunts to community night outs! I love how involved they are — it really shows how much they care.“

I came here as result of wanting to get fuel at the nearby Circle K and to try this Starbucks. I’ve never been to either of these businesses.

Service here wasn’t bad. The young lady that helped seemed as if she would rather be doing something else but was 100% at doing her job in an obligatory way. I’m sure if I was a regular or some young person in her age group the mannerisms may have been different. I’ve observed these things in many stores before as an observer waiting for drinks to be made.

Anyways, the store was clean and stocked. I didn’t get a chance to check out the restroom arrangement as I usually do, so I don’t have an opinion on the status of maintenance there.

The energy in the building was not as powerful as I’m used to coming across. Regardless, my experience was good but geez. I need to make sure to ask for NO ICE when I buy a $7.00 drink. I got a cup full of ice and very little PRODUCT. You can get 5 different slam breakfasts at Dennys for the price of the coffee I got and get more coffee in the cup than this illusion I received.

That’s my fault.

Anyways, just beware of the construction in the area and be patient due to that.“

The AC is amazing when it’s super hot outside and it makes the shop really comfortable to sit in. The Care Bears collab is sooo cute too, the cup tops honestly make me wanna keep coming back. “I recently switched to the Starbucks on George Dieter. Everyone there is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome, also the fact that it's drive-thru makes it super convenient. The whole team has great customer service, and you can tell they care about their customers. It’s just an all-around pleasant place to stop by before getting my day started to deal with the everyday hustle and bustle. My drinks are always made perfectly by Melissa 🤌🏼. Definitely my go-to Starbucks now.“

“Came here on my way across town, I usually go to another Starbucks where my wife like the way they make drinks but we were running late. I was very impressed on how fast they are in the drive through, and they didn't mistaken any of the 4 drinks we ordered. The cold drinks were cold and the hot drinks were hot, the sweet was sweet and the dark roast was not burnt. Exceptional for a chain coffee shop. Probably the most accurate and fastest my order has ever been.“

“I’ve come here every day for a week while a family member was in the hospital. This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. They say hi when you walk in and they brought me my order every day. When they found out why I was there every day they gave me a free croissant. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection.“

“I had a pretty disappointing first experience the first time I came in i was given the wrong drink . However it had been a while so I decided to give this location another try, since i was in the area and I’m really glad I did.😊
A barista named Ryder listened when I mentioned my previous experience. He applogized, & even suggested a drink he thought I might like i ordered it and the new drink was so much better I left the store feeling heard and with a way better outlook than before.
