My wife was served the wrong coffee, mocha instead of white mocha. Also, the lid was not properly installed. As she drove to the street, the coffee lid came off and spilled to the floor. She was on a schedule and could not return right away. When she returned, she went through the drive through not knowing it was better to go inside.
