I placed an online order today and arrived there about 30 minutes later. They remade my drinks without even asking because it has been sitting there for a while, and I really appreciated it. It just made my day because the workers were very kind about me being late and made me feel welcomed. 10/10 service and drinks were sooooo good especially the pumpkin matcha 😍

Why did you guys close the Lobby. I mobile ordered and expected to walk inside; with sign posted saying drive thru only. There was a huge line in drive-thru. Mobile ordering should have been shutdown or turned off.
