5 stars! The food was delicious, and the service and atmosphere were the reason I'm definitely going back!
We had the goat cheese and spinach omelet with salad (with balsamic pearls!) and the chili with (blue) cornbread. Both were superb and not so expensive that your eyes begin to water. Very bohemian atmospheric with charming art and furnishings. Happy campers!

Café Piro is a beautiful spot in West Texas, offering amazing vegetarian dishes with unique flavors. Even non-vegetarians enjoy the different and delicious meals. Known for mind-blowing oliongo and impeccable vibes reminiscent of South America, it's a fantastic date or family spot with handcrafted tableware and locally sourced art creating an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant is located across from the mission and has recently undergone a wonderful remodeling. Customers praise the incredible coffee, which is rich, aromatic, and perfectly brewed, as well as the fresh, scratch-made food, including the delightful hatch green chile quiche. The whole experience at Café Piro, from the great service to the excellent vibe, is highly recommended.
