“This was order for a work luncheon. They had a few options to choose from. I ate the Urbano on a multigrain bread. It has turkey, ham, bacon, spinach and tomatoes and came with chips. The bread was so soft and delicious! It was a great filling sandwich. They also provided ice tea sweet and unsweet with ice, lids and straws. They even had a vegan option. Everyone looked pretty happy. I will keep them in mind for group meals.“

He called the location I ordered from and told them of my mistake and made my bowl on the spot and I was even on time for work. “So i grew up with Jamba back in California, so it was nice to see that it made its way to here. They got a pretty good selection, and the secret menu items were still available, so i got my go to "Pink Star" smoothie. The cashier was kind enough to look up the drink i asked for since it wasn't on the main menu and made it for me. Definitely appreciate the effort and time they took to get me the right stuff and it was as good as i remembered it.“

The location is kind of weird but we always get take out and they package everything so well that it doesn’t lose much by taking out . All the Ramens are excellent, the traditional Chinese food(orange chicken and dumplings are not as good) the fried rice is excellent

I was having one of those days and walked into Smoothie King to grab some thing because I was hungry and I needed something cold and fresh. I had actually never been to a smoothie king before. I had no idea what to order, The young man named Brandan (love that spelling) behind the counter had an absolutely great smile, infectious attitude of positivity, and seemed really love his job. He made several suggestions Helped me with suggestions for some thing that was delicious and fruity ice cold and beyond amazing. And turned my day around.
It is so rare in this day and age that You find true customer service. Most of the time this generation is on their phone when you walk in, They really don’t care if they’re giving good customer service or not. It was so wonderful to get top-notch customer service, and someone who genuinely cared if my day got better and if I enjoyed my smoothie.“

Fernanda and Diego really helped me out and as a picky barista who doesn’t really care for the coffee from Dutch, they helped me find what suited me best and didn’t seem at all bothered . It’s noticeable when someone is new and most of the time a new employee is making my smoothies they come out tasting bad. It would be great if the company could keep the employees that already know how to properly make them working there so people would not return them and ask for a tasty one.
