“Exceptional customer service five stars to the entire team thank you for the amazing experience immediately entering the door. I was greeted by all employees. They all look super focused and has smiles on their face. They were friendly and easy to talk to my order was freshly made still warm upon arrival and super delicious. Thank you team for the pleasant experience. The Apple one was my favorite personally, and the runner-up would be the chocolate chip chunk super good!“

“Average, closed on Sunday’s, recurrently having connection issues which complicates payments

I did come back and the service has improved and haven’t faced more connection issues with the self checkout stations.
Not the BEST cookies you will ever get and basically just flavored sugar and flour but pretty ok“

“Very nice presentation of the cookies, they treated me very well and showed me the variety of sizes they have. The only bad thing is that the day I went they only had 5 flavors of cookies and the ones my daughter had seen in photos didn't have them. I imagine they change flavors but it would be better if they always had the flavors they use.“

“Blue Collar Shaved ice is our favorite treat, super good and very friendly staff, especially Mya!“

“I came here a few days ago and beat the heat... The snowcone was so good... It made me want to slap your Mama! (not mine... your moma) LOL the snowcones are good.

Dietary restrictions: Diabetics beware.

Parking: If you can't find parking here, just keep moving...You don't deserve a snow cone“
