“This food truck exceeded all of my expectations. As someone who grew up in England, I've spent a long time searching for Indian food in the area that taste fresh and high quality. This without a doubt, the BEST Indian food in El Paso. The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Every dish is packed with flavor and prepared to perfection. I've brought some friends from England to try and they were so impressed that they're already spreading the word back home! “This place is amazing. It’s part venue, part bar with some awesome food trucks and it’s worth the trip. My pup gives it two thumbs up for having a dog park, pet friendly staff, water bowls and ice, and usually a handful of pet owners bringing friends. Afternoons are relaxing, evenings get busy, crowd is diverse and I recommend this place without reservation.“

“Star burgers is amazing. Their anakin melt is one of the best burgers my tongue has had the pleasure of tasting. Food quality is always great. The service is good. Yes there are many reviews regarding wait times being slow but personally it’s worth the wait. It’s not hard to understand that a small food truck staffed with 2 people can take some time to pump out orders ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE COMMITTED TO SERVING QUALITY FOOD. This burger joint is legit and I have not had a bad experience. Never have I got a botched order. The food is consistently amazing. If you ever find yourself at this place just have a bit of patience and enjoy. Understand these people who staff this great truck of blessings need time to work these orders out. If star burgers has 1000 customers I am one of them, if star burgers has 5 customers I am one of them, if star burgers has zero customers then I am dead. “Mariscos y Garnachas La Chilanga is nestled in the right corner of the parking lot of the Bronco Swap meet. It is a family operation and on this particular day I had the pleasure of meeting Juan, who together with his family own the food truck. I was craving mariscos and decided to pay this place a visit after reading the many positive reviews and great photos of the food. Don't worry about seating, there are four tables available inside with plenty of A/C. Let me just say that overall, I was beyond impressed with the quality of the product. Who isn't hesitant to eating seafood in the West Texas desert? To drink, I had a very refreshing limonada that helped beat the heat. Juan brought out an amazing salsa with cilantro and roasted chiles. The salsa is ten times better than any Mexican restaurant with their typical red and green sauces. This was a refreshing change. I began by ordering a half dozen oysters and they were very fresh, plump and so damn good. I killed them in 3 minutes . Next, I had a tostada de camaron and again the freshness, and quality blew me away. The texture and flavor were a 10 all the way around. Next Juan brought out a caldo de pescado and camaron. The shrimp and fish were fresh and flavorful. It was served with rice, onion, and fresh toasted bread and butter. This place is hitting on all cylinders. The aguachiles negras were served for the grand finale. Flavorful and not overly spicy. They were perfect. I definitely ordered wayyyy too much food but I ate every damn thing. This place is such a hidden gem I encourage you to pay Juan a visit. Phenomenal food. Eat local.

“This shrimp taco was seriously so good! The tortilla was perfectly grilled with a nice crisp on the outside, and the filling was packed with flavor. The sauce had just the right amount of kick and creaminess, and everything came together so well. It was fresh, hot, and satisfying without feeling too heavy.

What made the experience even better was how kind the lady was, she was nice enough to make me a sample first, which I really appreciated. That alone shows how much she cares about her customers and her food.

I totally recommend this shrimp taco for Lent or honestly any other time. It’s flavorful, filling, and definitely something I’ll be going back for!

“⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recommend birria tacos, they were very well served with lots of cheese and tortilla was not soggy. Salsa was on point and birria juice had good flavor. It was served with plenty of onions and cilantro. My only recommendation is to cut the limes in half. I would prefer half a lime which it is easier to squeeze rather than three little ones that when you squeeze them the juice ends up everywhere except your tacos. I do not recommend their aguas frescas. I had piña and my husband had pistachio. They were extremely watered down. I do not recommend their birria eggrolls. They had no flavor and they seemed to taste and had the consistency of beans. Other than that, customer service was excellent and the gentleman that took our order was very nice and polite.“
