“(Socorro Location) The ONLY way to determine whether an antojitos place is any good is by trying their corn. Whether they put enough cojita cheese, chili powder, lime and most importantly butter. THIS place has by far the BEST corn from any antojitos place I’ve tried. Their not shy or stingy with their ingredients. It’s great quality all around. They really didn’t need to do anything else to impress me, I was happy with the corn, but then they go hit me with their great customer service. I don’t know their names but the guy in the front with the glasses taking orders and running the show is great with the customers and his team from what I’ve seen. Some other antojitos that I’ve tried and recommend are the Sandillazo, elote choreado, Papas Locas and the Tostaditas. Will add as I try more things. Definitely recommend!“

They typically have at least one vegetarian entree on the menu.I really hope they can get a sit-down restaurant down the line because from a selfish perspective, I'd love to see a full menu.I eat a lot of Indian food and it's not fully authentic but it's a Mexican-Indian fusion in the best way possible.The only thing I'd change is I wish the naandilla had the chopped green chilies, cilantro, and red onion inside instead of on the side. I also wish that they would have raita as an add-on for some of the spicier dishes.I've had a lot of different entrees from them (various dals, veg korma, naandilla). Every one of them has been delicious.The drinks vary and they have been absolutely delicious every time. My favorite is their ice tea, but every drink I've tried has been great.I've noticed Rosie's continues to get more popular and I hope that continues. They are definitely a gem in El Paso!“
