“Out here in El Paso, Texas took my grandsons to Cane’s it was a bit expensive for the food quality. I mean I spent over $80 dollars on mediocre fries, the chicken strips were not freshly made either. Just a bit disappointed with this location, as the other ones we visited are much better tasting. However the young lady at counter was friendly and the restaurant seemed clean, plenty of parking. Just in this today’s economy and with the price of food, it should be an even exchange. Not sure if I would return to this location.“

“This is the second review I’m posting for this business at a different location. The first was for the location that was across from Cielo Vista. It always seemed closed because they never put up a bright sign saying “Open.” Now that I’m coming to eat burgers at the Edgemere location, it’s the same; it looks closed and they don’t have a bright sign that says “Open.” It makes me really sad to see how alone they are because they look closed. It’s unfortunate that the owners don’t understand this situation.“

The fries are skin on fried in peanut oil. Shakes all start as vanilla then you can add topping/blend in s. It's just so expensive! 48.00 for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 drinks.“

“I stopped by Jack in the Box to pick up a larger lunch order for the family. I ordered three burger meals and two 5-piece chicken orders, so it wasn't exactly a small order. Even with that, the entire process was quick. From placing my order to having the food in my hands, I was there for less than 10 minutes.

Eva was the cashier who helped me. She was polite from start to finish, took my order, handled the payment, and even brought the food out to me when it was ready. Those little touches make a difference, especially when you're traveling and just want a quick, easy meal.

One thing I really appreciated was that every sauce I requested was actually in the bag. It seems like such a small detail, but drive-thrus and fast food restaurants often miss those kinds of requests. It was nice not having to dig through the bag only to realize something was forgotten.

The food was hot, the order was accurate, and the service was efficient. Nothing fancy, just a smooth experience with friendly customer service and attention to the details. “When entering the restaurant I was greeted by a nice smiling face at the cash register. She has pleasant voice and easy to talk to when gathering the information for my order. Then while filling my drink I looked around the Rand the place was spotless. The atmosphere was pleasant with the music at good level. The tables have flowers on them which showed me the employees take pride in their work.“

“Food here is always what I would expect from Arby's. As a franchise, this place is solid for hot deli sandwiches and similar offerings. Gyros and the beef and cheddar sandwiches are always on point with fresh ingredients, and every online order we've made has been packed with care.

The service at this location is great. The manager seems to be working there every time we go to eat here, and is always incredibly friendly and talkative. Even after just ordering twice from here, they know us and give us our order.

This location got renovated within the past few years, but I appreciate that they kept the old tall hat sign up. I miss when fast food places would have more visual flavor and neat decor. This makes the location so memorable and distinct, and Dyer Street would have something missing without it.

Generally, Arby's isn't the vibe for a lot of people in the area, but this location hits if you remember it from elsewhere in the US.“

“Wow, just Wow! You don't find great service anymore, but this place has it. Also fresh great food and the cleanest Arby's I have ever seen. We were met by the awesome manager Andrea and her friendly staff. Arby's, don't let this one go!“

“As good as it can get as far as hot dog fast food is concerned. The service isn't lightning fast, but often the fries and such are fresh. The staff is always friendly. The drive through is some sort of AI ordering system, but it's pretty accurate. Wide drive through if you're in a large vehicle.“

“Experience is always good but what's lacking is if I order a custard which I do once a week I don't want it to come out with my drink cuz it's melting while I'm waiting for my food to come out I want my Custard with my food comes out. Also if I order 16 oz custard I expect to get 16 oz they leave it in skimping And today I had to ask for a cop carrier little details that's the only reason everyone got four stars pictures below reflect what I was given that is untouched and that's how I got it“
