“Finally get a Weinerschizel on my side of town (Eastlake). Had a wiener dude attitude & thought I'd stop by & use my reward from the app (free chile dog). I also purchased a regular chile cheese fries (a bit pricey for little amount of chile & cheese). Also purchased a drink. Just those 2 were like $7 & change. Fast & friendly customer service. 2 cars ahead of me, but line moved fast. Was expecting a bit delay of some error since this is a new location & most likely new crew. People need to be more patient

“I tried to order delivery in Spanish and even though they have a key for this service, it was not possible for them to assist me in my language so I had to go to the branch.
Everything was very good there, friendly and efficient service in Spanish“

“Food was nice and hot and great. However, I asked for a large onion ring in place of french fries, and I got a small/medium instead, and my drink was medium/large instead of being small. If I ask for something specific, then I expect that since I also paid over $15 for my meal.“
