Completely understaffed. They had like five food courier drivers waiting for their order. Their drive-thru line almost wrapping around the store. The dining room also had the line almost outside. Fernanda was the employee who was taking the order indoor and I just praise her for her speed and patience. She worked as best as she could dealing with the food couriers and the customers that were waiting. That girl needs a raise. Overall the food was good but their service needs improvement.
I had the new spicy buldok chicken and it was 10/10 not too spicy. I took some home to add to my buldok noodles with a side of super greens. I also like the fire chicken with pineapple amazing, hits the spot!
