“I came here today 01/13/26 it was such a great time. I was so comfortable to be in there the staff is just so amazing. The cashier who attended me at around 12:30pm was so so so nice. She had the best service I’ve experienced in a while hands down. And to top it off so did the other staff I will definitely be coming back with my family this is now my preferred panda keep it up!!“

We liked the General Tso’s chicken, the spicy cumin beef, the steamed gyoza, the cream cheese wontons, and the Szechuan style beef sliced noodles soup! “We’re from Albuquerque and everytime we have a trip to El Paso we have to stop at Moo Goo! They have the best Chinese food that we’ve had anywhere. The portions are great and the workers are very friendly. Their egg drop soup is AMAZING. I can seriously keep going on about this place.“

“I love this place and I have been coming here for more than 25 yrs, I always love the way the owner treat us, she is in the kitchen, making delicious food. The only thing I would say “complaint” about it is the older lady at the register, she is rude and do not answer the phone when ringing, I had to go into the restaurant and order to go, and she was rude and even almost threw my receipt to sign it and left, the phone kept ringing and ringing, so I guess she doesn’t like to answer the phone. It’s sad she is the host and with bad attitude, but other than that, everyone is super nice and I love the environment, I will still continue coming because of the cook, I love her attitude 💕🙏“

Here, I wasn’t able to find good Chinese food until I found this little place Is a small restaurant so not much variety as Tepanyaki, but men, their food is much better.“

“Friendly service, good prices. We ordered the happy family and seafood delight with fried rice. The food was so incredibly delicious. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned so well. They are in the process of remodeling but that did not take away from the experience. We will definitely go back and try other dishes!“

“The food is very yummy, when you eat in the restaurant they give you bigger portions than you paid for. Obviously the language barrier is difficult but as long as you’re clear and speaking at a normal volume it’s pretty much fine. 10/10 family restaurant food“

“I rarely eat here because of how bland the food is but I’m trying to eat a bit cleaner than McDonald’s (I’m a trucker) so it was a pleasant surprise when I started eating and I had to stop and write this review. Every other Panda Express cook needs to take notes. These guys do it right.“

“I am not a big fan of Chinese food but THIS is THE BEST I have ever eaten anywhere. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is bar none. Try their combination lo-mein. I have tried that in numerous places in numerous different cities and this is the most delicious I have ever tasted. Don’t take my word for it; go over there and give them a try and see (taste) for yourselves. You’ll be glad you did 😘“

“I love this location because it is always busy, so that your food is freshly cooked. They give big scoops always, and I like all the dishes. The service is very good, friendly and professional still. Nataly and Diana are the best, Im sure the rest of the team is amazing too, I just didnt have chance to know all the names.“

“The staff are so incredible here. We came to eat lunch here and every 10 minutes, the staff came around to our table to see if we needed anything. Wow, we have never had that happen. Props to this Panda Express for paying attention to their customers.“

Food was freshly made, regardless of being close to closing time, manager offered to make us selection of food that was out. “We'd just moved to El Paso and we wanted Chinese food. This was an EXCELLENT choice! It's delicious, large portions, great service, prices and value. We definitely will be going back.“

“The customer service is amazing! Tim's energy with the customers and staff can be felt in everything that is in the restaurant! The food was fantastic! I had the Texan. It had a smoked pork belly and the sauce was smoky and spicy. I tasted the ramen broth before adding the sauce. It was very solid and tasty! I could have had it just straight! I also ordered some gyoza. They were crispy and on point!! I am definitely coming back!!“

“I had an awesome experience at this Panda Express location today. I came in already a little flustered because I had forgotten my wallet and needed to check if they took Apple Pay. The person who helped me, Necaelle, immediately made my day better. Her vibe was super uplifting and positive from the moment I walked in.

Throughout the whole ordering process, she was friendly, patient, and just genuinely happy to help. She also gave me what looked like regular, proper portions (which I really appreciate, especially these days when portions can sometimes feel small in a drive-thru). It really made a difference.

Overall, it was a 10/10 experience—especially considering I didn’t even plan on going inside. The food was great, and Necaelle’s amazing attitude truly made my day. Thank you!“

“I never had problems with this place. Only thing I don’t like, is that there is no MSG, but that doesn’t disqualify it from having some of the best Chinese food on the East Side and the fact that they will make you something that’s not even on the menu without any questions is an A+ in my book.“
