“I had a really good experience here. The cashier, Ruby, was super nice and made everything feel easy and welcoming. The service was really fast, which I appreciated, and my order came out exactly how I asked for it. The managers were also really nice, and honestly everyone there just had a good attitude. You can tell they care about their customers. Overall, everything was smooth, quick, and accurate. I’d definitely come back because the service was just really good“

“The food is delicious!!! The chicken is finger licking good! The salsas are tastey and have a spicy kick to them. I've only gone through the drive thru so I cant grade the atmosphere. “They always get my order right and the foods so delicious. My favorite salad is the one with guacamole and bacon. The employees are always nice and professional. I haven't dine in at this location so I'm not sure about the cleaning side of it but will update you when I go in more than once.“

“I have to say that from several Applebee's we've been to in El Paso,Tx this has been by far the best service ever! Our server was AMAZING! Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. I believe it was Eli but Im not sure. Josh and staff are incredible. Food was great! Loved the Horizon location!!“
