Loved the fish and chip tacos as well as the carnitas. The owner was very nice and accommodating, checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of.“

“First time at Tin Man and it was great! Went on a Friday night with a friend and they had a few sold out taps but still had plenty of choices to pick from. We had the Scotia and Pineapple Cider and both were great. Staff was busy but attentive and nice.“
“I came into this place out of curiosity. I wanted to check out the new spot that wasn’t easy to place just off the name. The old place that used to be here is totally gone. Thorin’s Tavern is it’s own place here and they nice you open the front door and step in you can tell. The environment includes great music, a mix of everything that anyone can enjoy.I’ve been here a handful of times and it is slowly starting to grow on me more and more. Today I tried the Green Chile Burger, and wow, it did not disappoint. Every ingredient tastes fresh and stands out with each bite. Please understand that this picture cannot due it justice. “Firstly, their grilled Jalapeños wrapped in bacon (FMJs as they're called) were absolutely amazing, probably the best I found in El Paso so far. The service was friendly and attentive and the restaurant has a laid back atmosphere. They didn't have their liquor license yet but they let us BYOB which was welcome. I got the self named Border Burger which was really good, but the beef patty itself could have been better. It wasn't particularly well seasoned or cooked the way I prefer which left the burger a little bland but the ingredients surrounding it were pretty good quality. The fries were good too. I would've liked to have been asked how I wanted the burger cooked. That being said, I would absolutely go back again as they have a lot of interesting burgers and different proteins such as buffalo meat that I would like to try. Definitely worth a lunch visit if you work on Bliss.“

“First Mexican place we've tried in El Paso and it was no disappointment. Our food came out very tasty and fresh. We love the salsa bar because of the endless options and the tortilla chips are very good. Pineapple Pico is one of the best options at the salsa bar. Tried the tres leches cake which was ok.“
“I've been to several Tinmans and they provide excellent service here as well. The ladies that were bartending the night I went were both helpful and very friendly. Since I hadn't tried some of the brews I was interested in, they explained the taste well. Going as a solo female for a night cap proved fun and it was a relaxing atmosphere.“
“Amazing burger and appetizer! I ordered the elk burger and avocado fries. OK OK I know I ordered a fried healthy snack, but to be honest, it was actually amazing. It was lightly battered, and the crunch really helped with the texture of the avocado. without adding too much bad fat. The elk burger was cooked just like I ordered it, and 8oz for $13.99 isn't bad. Unfortunately, I would at least expect that to come with fries on the side or some type of side item. I will definitely go back.“
