We absolutely loved Perol in El Paso—authentic Mexican flavors, modern-casual vibe, and dishes made the old‑fashioned way that just hit the mark. David was our server, and he knocked it out of the park: attentive, friendly, and on point with every suggestion. He elevated the evening. Can’t wait to go back!
This place never ceases to amaze me. Our waiter,Nico, was beyond expectation. The service, the food the atmosphere, management and staff were amazing. Definitely five stars.
A hidden treasure! Tripas are cooked to perfection! Service is fast and waitstaff is extremely attentive. This is our 2nd Saturday eating lunch here. The corn tortillas are fresh and hot! The corn tamales are also a win. They cooked them like my grandma did! Perol is a win! Plus, they have a full bar.
