The service at the door was fantastic—quick, polite, and professional. Even on a Friday night, there was no wait, and I was seated immediately. My server was outstanding: knowledgeable, efficient, and confident. She even shared a brief history of the restaurant, which was a great touch for a first‑time diner. Complimentary bread was a welcome start.
The food was executed with precision. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right, and the lobster tail was tender—not gummy—showing proper technique. My only minor complaint was the plate size; it felt a bit small, making it slightly awkward to cut the steak. A small inconvenience, but worth noting.

We went to the 35 for our 25th anniversary and had a very memorable experience. Food was fantastic. We started things off with a dozen super fresh oysters on the half shell. My wife had the prime rib and I had the fillet (cut with my fork!). We’re from out of town and enjoy hitting the “big city” on occasion to visit a good restaurant - usually a steakhouse. 35 is our best find yet. We’ll be back again and again! “My husband and I went to Weso for the Sunday Flamenco dance and music afternoon, and it was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this event to anyone who loves Flamenco and Spanish guitar — the atmosphere was electric and the performers were incredibly talented. Our server, Isaura, made the experience even more enjoyable. She was kind, polite, and very attentive throughout the afternoon. The food was also top-notch. My husband loved his steak — perfectly cooked and flavorful — and the side dish of potatoes was outstanding, possibly the best we've ever had! As a vegetarian, I was happy to find a delicious and satisfying option for myself as well. Isaura made sure I was happy with my vegetarian meal, which I really appreciated — that level of care means a lot! We will definitely be back. “What could have been a veery disappointing meal turned out to be a pretty good dining experience.

Ryleigh earned her tip tonight. She kept checking on us, and ensuring we were satisfied from the moment we sat down to the time we left. She recommended the spinach dip and I was so happy we said yes. It was so creamy and full of flavor. Ryleigh was so sweet, personable and very attentive.

The downside was hubby ordered a Medium steak, when the manager Julio came by to ask how our meals were, we asked him what temp he thought it was, he hesitated but then said Med/Rare; we thought it was truly rare.

My sirloin came out grey; I ordered it Med, and the lobster tail was warm, not hot. I'm not one to complain or return food, but this was not a steak I was going to eat. They took the old one and returned with a freshly cooked, medium rare sirloin with fresh side dish of Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts were so yummy; I'm stuffed.

My mother ordered a Med sirloin as well and hers was pretty close to Medium. Her asparagus was tender and she enjoyed every last bite of her meal.

I realize they just opened and are working through things; which Julio acknowledged. I'm sure they have glitches here and there, but overall I'd give them a solid 4 for now; I know they'll get better. It's a steak house they have to get the steaks right.! One end of my steak was very salty, while the other end was fine. They adjusted our bill for the steak issues, more generously than I thought it would be. *(better than comping my meal)“

“After a long day of hosting a food drive/ fundraiser on my birthday for my 501c3 non-profit You EAt I EAt my husband suggested the Edge of Texas for my birthday dinner. I am happy that he did.. the appetizers were delicious. The Chicken Tortilla Soup and the salad.. delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. “My husband took us out to eat on Mother’s Day here. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. The staff were so wonderful. The chef was just amazing. The whole staff was so good to my daughters and my mom.
We had a waiter, Michelle I believe her name was.
The lady was just so professional and sweet. She made us feel welcome 🙏. I know this is weird to say, but in the bathroom, the soap smelled very nice. It really does make a difference. I really enjoyed the music was not super low nor was it loud it was just right I could hear my kids talking to me and I could talk to my kids. I absolutely enjoyed the spacing. To me the little things really matter the most.
I have no clue how I did not know about this place before. I will most definitely be coming back. This is my favorite restaurant. Thank you so much for your warmth and hospitality service.“

Great specials which is better than any fast food place for the same or even less money. But Kath is the main reason I choose to return as she is a amazing server and just a nice person which makes going to this logans a memorable dining experience. Eating alone i always wanted to try their outdoor patio at sunset to relax. maybe oneday ill try it there .“
