“Awesome restaurant for a date night! It is beautiful and more of a private ambiance. We had the bone in ribeye, gnocchi and milk and honey dessert. The ribeye tasted excellent, super tender not dry at all even though we ordered medium well. The gnocchi is a must try, super airy and delicious. The dessert was also very different to what I have tasted, not my favorite though (I am more of a chocolate person) so if you have not tried it and want to try something new, you should give it a try.The only down side is that it does take a while to have your food out so don’t arrive hungry lol“

“Been wanting to stop and have a good steak but everytime we go on weekends is packed. We stopped for dinner today (Wednesday) and it was full but ok, experience was GREAT, food was delicious and beer was ICE COLD. Usually in most restaurants they saw me not in a friendly way because we have 4 kids and they believe it will be a pain in the a table.Our server was Diego, and he was AMAZING!!! He did great recommendations, food was perfect and in time, and we felt super good. Diego is an excellente waiter and needs to be recognized. Looks great , huge salad bar , ordered a sirloin steak salad the steak was super tough , we not worth what I paid , over all a good night , server was good , wanted my soup to come out before dinner but all came out at the same time. “I ordered take out so did not actually stay in the restaurant.I was craving pasta but shrimp also and steak...yea, I'm weird like that, lol. Anyways, they had the Kingsland Pasta with Steak and Shrimp and my-o-my was it tasty. The pasta was creamy and the grilled shrimps were divine. The steak was on a kabob, unbeknownst to me as the stick was removed so I thought it was an oddly shaped piece of meat. I mention this because when I went to take a bite, the perfect bite sized section came apart. Super tender and seasoned steak. YUM! I then noticed, oh it was a kabob but it made my day.Anyways, I highly recommend this dish and it came out to under $25 so that was a bargain. I even got a small loaf of bread which was nice also.My order was ready when it said it'd be so pick up was a breeze. Great job Outback!“

He was very attentive, made suggestions and his personality made you feel as if you had known him forever. Management Tyler and Brittany were both amazing too. “I ordered a 12 ounce sirloin to be cooked "Medium" but received it cooked "Well-done". Somehow it still had some juice and it tasted good enough to enjoy the experience. I still would have preferred my steak between Medium-rare and Medium (served with a hot, pink center)Next time I will specify "Medium-rare" and maybe they'll cook it Medium. My companion had the Salmon and Tortilla Soup, and enjoyed them very much. The bartender, "Moses" served us and made the experience enjoyable. “We have been to the West Texas Chophouse 3 times before this so we couldn't wait to show our friends who were visiting. Unfortunately this time was not as great as the last times. It took forever to get our food and the salad was brought out at the same time as the meal. Then one of our friends wanted her steak well done and it wasn't, so she sent it back, and it still wasn't cooked correctly. We were disappointed in this restaurant this time.“
“Great time for a date or for a group of people! The chefs there make the time fly once they do get to you. Of course it takes a bit of time but it's worth the 20 minute wait till they get to you! “Went with my family for dinner yesterday, their staff is super attentive & everything was delicious! From their three different salsas with tostadas they bring in at the beginning, both queso fundidos (chorizo and rajas con queso) were some of the best we’ve hadFilet mignon, t bone steak, chille relleno plates, shrimp tacos and carnita plate tacos were all a hit with the family! They even bring in little cups of fideo while you wait for your food! For the people complaining about the prices, I mean cost is rising everywhere you go, if you’re going to complain about the price then look at the menu ahead so you’re not surprised. But for the service and the amount of food you’re getting it’s well worth it!“

“You'd have no idea that such an upscale steakhouse was located at the bottom of the West Star Building if you were just driving by. I have driven by Weso many times, but it wasn't until a friend recommended it did I finally learn where it was. I was very excited to try it after gleaning the menu, but everything exceeded my expectations. The style and decor are exquisite and the bar area is perfect for just having cocktails or enjoying a meal. I had their signature chicken with pistachio mole and it was divine. I had never heard of pistachio mole so was a bit unsure, but my waiter brought me out a little sample and after one taste I knew exactly what I would be ordering. The Spinach Salad was excellent to start with. The flavor profile was the perfect complement to the chicken that followed. I did order their specialty margarita and it was very good, but as is typical, I feel, they added too much ice so I really did not get to enjoy a full cocktail. The service was spot on though so I never had to go without anything for very long at all. It's a perfect spot for date nights and work dinners. I will for sure be back again.“
