Esteban the manager is very rude, immature, & unprofessional! Lacks people skills! Also flat out lied about tables being reserved when they were NOT! Didn't want me to have those tables just because he was mad after an argument we had due to his bad energy. One of our guests also mentioned she had also had a bad prior incident with him a different day. THANK U ALFRED (our waiter) for making sure we had good service after that! los jueves está una cantante muuuuuy ruidosa, quieres comer y platicar Agusto y no es posible por el volumen del show .. en general jueves de 7-9 no lo recomiendo... es mi opinión
Mucha la espera cuando hay muchas mesas vacias,los meseros no son tan atentos,el lugar donde sientan a uno muy frio con abanicos prendidos, el desayuno del buffet frio y feo y no hay tanta variedad para lo que cobran.Yo y mi esposo tuvimos muy mala experiencia y muchos de los que estaban allí tambien.
