RIVAS IS #1!!!! This is a MUST HAVE in EP!!! My family and I are originally from SD, California and this was by far the closest Mexican food compared to back home. Not to base EP Mexican food, but we weren't really impressed until we had Rivas Taco Shop! Hands down 10/10. We will certainly be back again. BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN EL PASO!!! Recently moved here from San Diego CA and the Mexican food there is sooo bomb but this spot definitely makes me feel like I’m home again.
