“My partner and I come from Las Cruces and we came to El Paso just to have PF Changs. Although we had to wait because there was a mistake with our order being placed our waiter Diego was incredibly kind and got the mistake addressed and fixed right away. He made sure our food was fresh and apologized for the inconvenience. We have never had a waiter that was so quick to act and as kind as Diego tonight! Thank you for the amazing experience we really enjoyed it!“

The owner is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable men you’ll ever meet, after one conversation with him you can tell he’s really passionate about his business. “Pei Wei was a great experience from start to finish. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The Mongolian beef was tender and perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of sweetness and savory sauce. The Kung Pao chicken had a nice kick to it and was packed with flavor without being overwhelming.
What really stood out to us was how much the food reminded us of our years spent in Asia as missionaries. The flavors felt authentic and brought back a lot of great memories, which made the meal even more meaningful.
The portions were generous, and everything tasted high quality. Service was quick and friendly, making it an easy spot to enjoy a satisfying meal. Definitely a place we’d come back to when craving flavorful Asian dishes“

“Best burger EVER! I had the Blue Fox Burger, and it was fantastic. So many beers on tap that it'll take several visits to try them all. The service was super good. Sydney was our server, and she made us all feel right at home. We'll absolutely be back!“

Regular menu prices are a little pricey but the weekly lunch menu offers are very tasty food choices.We paid $30 for a Pepperoni pizza, house salad and a drink for two persons ...our food was delicious. I went on 08/31/25 at 6:20PM and the gentleman working who was working solo was amazing with his customer service and making you feel noticed even while there was a lot of people there. “On the East Side they are amazing! The west side is horrible. For 3 days this week I ordered and paid 12 plus dollars for a Green Juice drink. I ordered ahead but every time I went to pick it up, I did not feel welcome. Each time they could not find my order. No to mention made me prove I placed an order. The most disappointing thing was, not one time was there an apology or anything for wasting my time.“

“The dining experience provided adequate cuisine with satisfactory service overall. Unfortunately, the establishment's cleanliness was lacking. Eventually, this detracted from the overall ambiance, creating a less ideal environment. On the end, Don Carbon is an alright place to grab a meal.“

Vegetarian options: Love pesto spinach with Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese. We like Piefology. Family from Boston raved about it when we've ordered at restaurant.“
