I had the margarita pizza, thin crust, with light cheese and mushroom topping. The pizza was cooked perfectly in a brick oven and was tasteful.

“El Paso-you've been holding out on me, but I found actual NY style pizza in the city! Also for the dude that was asking about Chicago dogs, they got them here as well since they IMPORT most of their ingredients from the East Coast, including the water from the Catskills Mt. to make the amazing dough! Meet Larry, he's a Brooklyn native who fell in love with the weather and has been here for 30 yrs and is about to retire in a few years so get your pizza fix while you still can. He makes fresh bagels (lox, cream cheese, etc), imports in the NY cheesecakes, tiramisu, seltzers, black and whites cookies, Italian ices, etc. If you want East Coast foods, talk to Larry.He's got the NY style pizza down on lock: the crust and the huge cuts so you gotta fold it, but, it's less greasy and this cheese is Kosher, as he is as well. They only do natural casing hot dogs on Saturdays and they sell out quickly. Most of his stuff does so call him if you want to place a hold. He's been winning pizza championships since 2012 with National titles so you know it's the real deal. ?I found this place accidentally at the Upper Valley Country Club farmer's market when he called out to me, hey get your kids $2 grilled cheese sandwiches here! Typical New York accent and attitude. I love it. The place is called Hello Pizza and it's tucked away in a random corner. The people who came inside raved about different things they had like the cheesecake, the jalapenos crust pizza, and the matzo ball soup. I'm gonna come back and try those out as well. ?Larry's super funny and is a chatterbox so you might get to know him really well in a short period of time like I did. You'll leave with the impression that he's super proud of his food and wants only the best ingredients. So come try them out and #supportlocal. ?Oh he's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and only takes cash. He's doing a limited Valentine's course meal for $80 for 2 people and the only thing I can get out of him is that it has lobster ravioli. ?“

“The staff there are amazing. I sat at the bar and Vadhir was my tender. He did an amazing job and got my order just right. At one point a manager or host came over to check on me and thank me for coming out. The food was great and I will definitely be going back to his location.“

“I had a reservation for 25 today at 1. I have to say my experience was amazing from me walking in to the last minute we were all there. The general manager gave me time to set up my cake table and was always available if I needed any help. Max one of the waiters was very attentive and on point. It was a great experience and I thank them all for helping me make my daughters birthday so amazing.“

This evening I had a delicious sausage with anchovies pizza. Ardivonos doesn’t serve Bogle wines, so a suggested substitution with a glass of their house merlot wine was a soothing suggestion.

Realizing nothing is perfect in this world, Ardivinos has established an ambience that relaxes the mind and soothes the heart for those of us seeking a wonderful ending to a hectic day. “Great Pizza & Perfect Location on the Eastside, But Pack Your Patience.

​If you are looking for local El Paso pizza on the Eastside, Ardovino's Pizza on Zargoza Rd is hard to beat for convenience and quality. The location is excellent—very easy to find right off the main strip with plenty of parking, making it a super convenient spot to meet up or grab dinner.
​We ordered two pies: a classic single-topping pepperoni pizza and their famous Meat Combination (Meat Eater) pizza. The food itself was fantastic. Ardovino's signature crust is always perfectly crispy on the outside but light on the inside, and they don't skimp on the high-quality toppings. The pepperoni had that perfect crisp edge, and the meat combo was incredibly savory and packed with flavor. It's definitely some of the best gourmet pizza in the area.

​The only downside to our visit was the slow service. The wait staff was perfectly friendly when they were at the table, but the overall pace of the service was noticeably poor. It took a while to get our orders taken, and tracking down refills or the check required a bit of effort. If you are in a massive rush, you might want to call ahead, but if you have time to sit back and relax, the food is completely worth the wait.
