Today we came to Baskin Robbins on Resler and we would like to thank Fernanda for her excellent customer service. She was very sweet and helpful when she was taking our oder. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend her. She has a great, personality, attitude, and good working vibes that can be easily contagious to coworkers.
I was in town for a family reunion and needed an ice cream cake ASAP since my sister dropped the ball. I stopped by in a frenzy and the employee could tell I was flustered. The nice young lady helped me pick the right cake and even volunteered to write what I wanted on the cake at no extra charge. The cake was a hit and everyone was pleased with it. I'm glad I choose this location and a big shout out to Jackie for helping me out in a crunch!
