I have been coming to this location for some time now. Excellent customer service but how do you run out of Mango ice cream for almost two months and not reorder it??? It's a routine that I take a prepacked container of Mango ice cream?to my grandson and we spend time enjoying our ASL bonding time...? It's the only flavor he likes! ? I've tried going to other locations and they are all out.....

Ordered an ice cream cake was able to pick it up through drive through very convenient however placing the order on phone was difficult because the phone kept hanging up on me
You know Baskin-Robbins is an icon and most of us have been going here since we were little.Most of the time the children who work here are nice. However in the past month I've had two incidents of disrespect and rudeness. Not used to that in El Paso because most people in public are nice and polite. I won't go into details because we all know what good and terrible customer service are. Do better Baskin on Resler.

We were so disappointed how Baskin Robbins looked dirty outside and inside. Trash outside and trash inside on the floor. The employees were standing around and the tables were dirty.Our ice cream cones were not crispy. They were soggy. The ice cream was not fresh either. We used to love Baskin Robbins but the quality is simply not there anymore. Very disappointed.

Asked for a cappuccino blast, it had a bad taste. Also, asked for a quart of rocky road and the vendor said they had to make it and they’re busy. Asked for a chocolate ice cream to go and also, said he did not have any left. Just because he did not wanted to go in the back and make more. They need a manager

Don't buy here!! Definitely not returning again. Have been a very consistent customer at this location but had two recent orders that tasted nothing like my regular orders. It was like tasting sour milk or just overall bad products milkshakes here are the worst, even the coloring on the order was off, should've noticed right away.
