Let me start with I understand that everybody's experience will not be the same as mines. But I will say the couple times that I have came to this location Terry is by far the best part. She's always so pleasant to me and my son and she cracks jokes. It's definitely a pleasure to me at least when I see her working. Due to it being a Saturday, the service was very slow; 2 baristas and 1 cashier. Then a group of 7 ladies ordered a big order so that also took some time. There’s a promotion that’s happening—when you load $50 from your Military star card you’ll get a free drink. However, for the last 2 times I’ve loaded money. I am not given this drink. I recommend ordering ahead through the app if you want to avoid lengthy lines. The staff here is excellent. They work quickly as well. They can get through a long line in a reasonable amount of time. I would still recommend ordering through the app. They typically prioritize those.
