Our server Ashley went above and beyond for us . Outstanding customer service . Our drinks were always filled and when my mushrooms were a bit cold she made sure to get me a steaming hot plate 🤤 loved her enthusiasm, friendliness and overall she cared for us like no other! Texas Roadhouse is a restaurant known for its great food and service, though experiences can vary depending on the night. The fresh rolls are a typical star, and many enjoy the steak bites cooked to perfection and the Rattle Snake bites. However, the steaks can be very fatty, and the restaurant sometimes runs out of food like rice, rolls, mushrooms, and onions, which limits the menu selection. On busy nights, the place is packed and loud, and food can take some time to come out, but the service is as good as it can be under the circumstances. Some meals, like the Salisbury steak, have been overcooked and very dry, while the chili is okay and the house salad is good. Fried pickles can be very salty. One customer ordered an 11 Oz Sirloin but received a much smaller steak, which was later weighed at 4 oz instead of 11. Despite these issues, the server was great, and many customers eat here often and will continue, finding the meals outstanding overall.
