We were recommended this Roadhouse over another and we will NOT be returning. The one on Gateway is much better. My husband, daughter, our 2 friends and myself dined in yesterday and we are all suffering from food poisoning today! All of our food was over $100 and our leftovers are going straight to the trash!Our service was kind of slow but our waiter tried to make up for that fact with kindness. I also don't usually complain about something like this because I understand that there are other tables, not just ours. But, our drinks stood empty for a while. I even had to ask a different person twice in order for them to get refilled just the once.I suppose that my expectations for something on base were higher than they should have been.

My husband and I had a wonderful date night here, enjoying the food, the service, and the atmosphere. He ordered the sirloin steak and I the pulled pork dinner. The food came out very quickly and was steaming hot. Our server was excellent; very prompt and professional.

My steak was overcooked, and the manager Rosse was most assistant on paying for a dessert. She did everything on her power to try to make up for it, which wasn't really necessary. I really appreciate a manager who tries her best and tries to make everyone feel welcome.

I’ve visited this location twice since being on post and it just doesn’t hit like my favorite Roadhouse location. The Fort Worth ribeye I got on my first visit was just OK. The Cactus Blossom is still the best value appetizer in this restaurant category. This latest visit was just for dessert. I couldn’t even finish the brownie. This dessert is such an afterthought it needs to be removed from the menu. Texture is rubbery and seems overly processed. I just ate the ice cream on top.

Good food as always at Texas Roadhouse but the server advised hey wile will have your bread ready in 3 minutes, waited 20m and couldn’t find the server then asked and other worker wanted me to wait some more , so I told them to keep it and was not happy, the other server never showed back up

The slowest service ever. The place isn’t even full and it has taken over an hour and we still haven’t received all of food. The manager said they lost the cutter for the blooming onion, so that is why it was all stuck together. When they finally brought the food out for half the table and 30 mins later the other half got the food. The managers came to the table and after talking to them, I’m sure anyone in this place has a clue what’s going on. None of th m have any customer service skills and there is a complete lack of communication going on. I WILL NEVER come here again. It is sad that an establishment on post is allowed to be managed so poorly.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! THEY WILL TRY TO MAKE MONEY OUT OF FOOD YOU DIDN'T HAVE!!!The manager is rude and discriminate. They always run out of drinks I wanted to drink, and they dont care if you are not happy about it. Food quality is very unstable, vary rare they can have actually medium well. When they make mistakes, the manager instant apologies, she will integrate you that you have order the food and lying about it when I didnt even finish the whole thing and can see right there that i did not order what they charged for, then she make up that our card will be charged twice and has to wait for 2 weeks for refund, which is none of her business, it was not her money to keep in the first place! Turns out all she has to do was adjust the holding amount because the charge was not finalized yet. Entire time with an arrogant attitude, but not seeing that towards any other race or gender. Just walked away, no apologies at all, not for all the trouble we have to go through, not for wrong money they charge and might made illegally, and we might be charged twice because of their mistakes! Complaint to the company, and no one has contacted me at all, they don't care about your happiness, at least not a Asian woman's happiness towards their business!

Sat my group in an area with no server assigned so we sat there for 15 minutes before anyone noticed to move us.Food was late, bread was served after the main course and server was inattentive and steak was over cooked.Honestly IF you want to go to Texas Roadhouse go to a different location. It’s worth the drive to go to a different one.

I walked in for the first time EVER to a TRH yesterday and was immediately greeted by 3 people who wore the most beautiful smiles! I immediately felt welcomed and recognized. We were shown to our seat and warmly greeted by Loraine (Chellieann Irvine), and made to feel as if were just at home with family. I have not received service like this EVER! This is the definition of customer service! Employees who are happy to be at work and everyone putting out maximum effort to provide the best service possible! I did speak with a manager (Rosa I think) as this atmosphere was so overwhelingly positive, that i couldnt keep it to myself....however she was the only person that seemed to not want to be at work. She didn't even introduce herself or anything but the good FAR outweighed the bad! If i had a business going already, I would absolutely hire Loraine to manage it! Honestly if she turned my bad day around and provided the best customer service I've ever had, she deserves her own store! Any company that would overlook her talent and contributions is missing a grand opportunity to reestablish the standard of customer care! Once I get my business going, I may have to try to recruit her!
