Food was okay, hash potatoes were undercooked. Acceptable price for the food. Only issue I had is we waited around 45 minutes to get our food.

The new management ???, the hash burrito was a little burnt and very oily, the pancakes were delicious. The service was bad, they took more than 40 minutes to serve us and there was literally only one other table besides us. The waitress and the one who orders your drinks don't even know how to say anything when you thank them, apart from being bad-mouthed, not wanting to serve, the waitress from the previous administration was friendlier. There were 38 x 3 breakfasts. And even my companions didn't like the service or the food either.

Wow El Bayou is a changed restaurant. It smells clean the minute you walk in the door, the cleanliness was unbelievable, with the new manager,. A tour through the kitchen was unbelievable, how clean ever square inch. Was very impressed. We will go back highly recommend.
