They say they open at 8:30,, employee barely walked in at 8:30 to open the store and she said since they don’t pay me extra hours to come open the store is open whenever I’m ready,, terrible service

This is the second time going to this location and both times Veronica has been extremely rude, first time I ordered ahead and when I got there she told me that she did not have anything and I had the location wrong, she hadn’t even checked then another lady came up and said she had just made them. Then today my son went to pick up the order and she threw the subways at my son.

We had 6 meals ready untill the lady told us that we are unable to pick the cups! Why have promotion if you dont let people choose?? I can tell they are saving the cups for themselves they had all of them hidden... told us they had to get rid of the hall cups first why would we get 6 hall cups?? And the day of the movie too man that really bummed my family out decided not to get the full meal.....cups coming out the servers check or what?

This place is really clean very pretty and organized but the service is terrible today I went in to get a happy Gilmore cup and I have a meal of 5 people and wanted different cups and the lady attended me looked at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about and then she pulled out the cups of only one person and we asked if he can get different cups for my family my family got sad that she didn’t let us choose are cups I’m honestly so upset that they don’t let the customers choose the cups they would have more people and buy there meals I saw the cups hidden away like they were gonna take them get better workers and a better mindset

The reason for my one star is simple
I wanted 6 meals so we could all have a different cup , I was about to cancel my order but I don't like waisting food..

Anyway if you have a promotion make sure employees are aware of it .

But she didn't know what she was doing
Or what cups I was talking about, they didn't not let us choose so we didn't take the meals
Subway will miss out in allot of opportunities with this money šŸ’° ..

Things are never ready in the mornings when first opening. Service sucks , lady is rude to busy on the phone and talking to everyone and not getting the orders right, very bad service

Refused to cancel the order despite the subway website saying that the store is supposed to cancel the online order, on top of that the lady was at the counter but didn’t answer the phone the 7 times I called the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go to the one at Speedway in El Paso.

Ordered at approximately 2:50 pm was given a 50 minute wait period so I enter store at 3:40 pm and they didn't start on my order until then. Requested a refund and they said they don't do that.

Service sucks ladies don't know what they r doing and they don't give u everything you ordered and then make you drive all the way back i wouldn't be coming back

Too many times have I placed an online order & have been told if I want my sandwich a certain way to leave a note in the comments, but what for if they’re still not going to make it how you ask anyway? My last several orders have been done wrong & my specifications were ignored. They’re getting really sloppy with how they make the sandwiches & they fall apart when you open them. Very disappointing & it makes me not want to go to that location anymore!
