The staff at this Subway location was absolutely incredible, and I highly endorse it. Despite living in El Paso, I willingly extend my drive by an extra 15-20 minutes to dine here. The service was remarkably attentive and helpful. Each sandwich I ordered was meticulously prepared, and they always did it with a smile. Whenever my wife suggests "Let's go to Subway," I gladly make the extra effort for the exceptional quality of food and service!

On june 3/2024, there is a old lady and a teenager working there, even tho we told them the order to their face they still got it wrong, the place smelled bad and the best of everything I payed in cash which the lady proceed to pack that money into her pocket and told me,(you are gonna leave me a tip and I will give u a coupon which it will be the way u get ur change back) I was so confused and she was like well here (gave me 10 dollars back from her pocket) and she was like (I couldn’t find a coupon so there is ur change). I’m never coming back there.

If I could give 0 I would. I have tried going several times to see if maybe it would be a better experience but I cannot let my last visit pass by. They have cockroachs! I saw and killed one in the restroom and told employee at the time. Another incident happened where an employee argued/yelled with a senior citizen and the customer left crying. No management seemed to apologize for the incident because apparently the employee that yelled at the customer is now the assistant manager. These are just two separate visits I experienced and will no longer support this local restaurant.

Made 2 orders of three sandwiches. 3 of my 6 sandwiches were not how they were ordered. More like how they wanted to make them. One turkey ft long didn't have nearly enough meat for a footlong with only 4 slices. 1 was ordered with a deluxe portion of tuna one side was mainly the tuna and the other side extra veggies, missing salt and pepper. The last sandwich is an online only. They made it like a boat. Never ordered cucumbers on my sandwich because i don't like them but got extra on it, asked if they could toast it with the onions and peppers on it and those were the last things on the sandwich. Asked for lite mayo and garlic aioli on it and it came with extra mayo and oil. Gross!! Never again will i be going here!!

Bad service and incomplete orders!!
The employee who was on duty today, September 21, at the store, with a dark complexion, medium short height and wide black hair, acted very rude since I arrived without wanting to answer and reluctantly almost threw the order at me. Besides, he had another one as training and it seemed that he didn't want to train him willingly. If he doesn't like his job, he should leave because apart from the fact that he didn't follow the order correctly and he didn't give me a sandwich, which I was missing, but I did charge for it, His character alienates the clientele.

First and foremost I walked in and wanted to use the restroom before I ordered because I was ordering for 3 and I wasn't too sure about what I wanted and the employees where super apprehensive and immediately asked if we where buying something because if not we couldn't get the code to the restroom, i had to literallyexplainto her that i live in this town and i was ordering3 subs and needed to go before with an attitudeshe gave me the code.... there is no posted sign saying the restroom is for paying customers only and I should've taken my business elsewhere but I had literally drove from my house there and the next best option is 20min away .... I don't recommend supporting a business that's more worried about their restroom which by the way had no toilet paper , then their guest and customer service...... SMH do better .

I ordered a sandwich online and realized immediately that I selected the wrong time. Called within 1 minute of my order being placed and according to them they had already made my sandwich and couldn’t change it. I doubt they made my sandwich in a minute. Sometimes I’ll order an hour in advance and still have to wait there for them to make it.

You got a mom and her teenagers working there. Sign on the door says they open at 8:30 am, walking in at 8:35 am and teenager says "we're not open yet" so it's going to take them 20 minutes to set up which is understandable so why not get here 20 minutes earlier? It's ridiculous...Says "locally owned and operated" Yea you can tell for sure. I'm sure corporate would love to hear about their store in chaparral being run by teenagers that don't have a concept of proper time management ?
