Last night, my son and I had a delightful dinner at Rancho de Chimayo. My son ordered the Carne Asada and I ordered the Combinacion Picante. I have been patron of this wonderful restaurant ever since it opened and last night the food was better than ever.
The shrimp enchiladas were amazing!! So much flavor! That was some of the best green chile I've ever had. The flan was to die for!! The sopaipillas were delicious. This place is a MUST if you are in the area and want great New Mexican food!!
We recently had a wonderful time eating at this restaurant. The food was totally authentic southwestern, and the waiter was outstanding and explaining about the food. The surroundings was awesome and this is a restaurant I would like to come back to visit again.
