I didn’t spend much time at this little mercantile in Cimarron but we were walking around during our short time post-trek in town and it’s a cute little shop. I found a sign from Chicago near the restrooms, a nice little reminder of home. Enjoyed the visit on 6-25-25. (Written 7-9-25)
wow! Great grass-fed beef options. The cheeseburgers are large, served on house baked buns. The fries are actual potato, fried in grass fed tallow. The flavor is amazing. The staff are all very friendly and a great asset to Cimarron.
Love the Merch. They now offer grass fed beef burgers on house made buns along with cut potato fries cooked in beef tallow. No reason to go anywhere else. The staff are all kind, courteous, and friendly. Love the old building charm.
