The staff was thoughtful and kind, but the building was rundown and the food wasn’t great.
Our server was polite and mindful throughout.
Lacey was an amazing waitress and got our food out and a short amount of time while having a smile on her face the whole time!!❤️
Happened to stop by on a long drive for lunch and got great food and a good price and great customer service.
Super clean and comfortable, fantastic service (and FAST), and lunch was hot and delicious.
I ate here with my husband on our road trip and both of us got violently sick to our stomach’s from it , food safety should be checked. Lady at front had attitude till I tipped as well.
Tried calling multiple times with no answer. I finally let the recording go off and it said press 1 to place an order. I was transferred to a call center where I could barely understand the lady talking…
Clayton is NOT huge. It’s NOT busy.. why can’t you guys answer the phone and do your job??

This Pizza Hut would be perfect if they stayed open late on Friday and Saturdays, even for pick up only. Not having any other places for late food, could make a difference. The staff is always pleasant, they will customize a pizza well. If they offered a buffet at lunch or until 4 pm at a low price , I feel this would make up for not accepting most coupons.
I suggest the deep dish pizza, ask for slightly well done, and customize with your favorites. To me this is the best pizza they offer.
Parking: Lots of space, two entry/exits. Located across from the grocery store, overflow or large vehicles can part across the street

The server was very friendly. Salad was not on the menu, but when I asked about it, she said I can make you one. It was iceberg, which is to be expected, but I’m gluten-free so I was happy to eat it. My husband liked his personal pan pizza, seemed a little pricey at $10 but maybe I haven’t had one in a while. Would recommend.

The tables were dirty... there was no salad bar set up and the people working there were just not prepared.

Thank you for being supportive to my Daughter in law and grandson when their Jeep would not start. Your staff went beyond their duties to help them. Clayton folks are absolutely top notch! We had several people stopped by to help, we appreciate you all.

Disgusting. Waited for 20 minutes and nobody came to take order. So we left
We ordered 18 wings and cinnamon rolls.
My complaint is the lack of transparency on their menu for pricing as the bill met $40, with the surprise of $2/wing.
Though the wings were bussin, it was still a highrate I was surprised with. Whatever though, it was crispy, wet, cooked hot.
