Was traveling thru and staying one night, looked this place up and all 3 of us got cheeseburgers, they have got the best cheeseburger I have had in a long time, the other 2 travelers with me agreed, the fries were very good as well, can definitely recommend and when I'm in Clayton again I will stop by for another burger.

I see this food truck every time I'm driving back from Colorado but never stopped before. I finally did this time. I'm so glad I did. I ordered a cheese burger, and it was gigantic and delicious. I dare say it was the biggest and most delicious burger I've ever eaten in my entire life. They also have lit seating outside in case you want to sit and enjoy your food there.

Their breakfast burritos were eggseptional! These are freshly homemade tortillas, fresh eggs, light on the cheese, with homemade salsa.
Because it is freshly made, you will wait a bit. Prepare for that. It is so worth it.
We drive through Clayton 3-4 times a year to go to the Rockies and we crave this pit stop!

Stopped here on a whim, driving through to get gas. Tacos were outstanding, soft tortillas were excellent, quesadilla was excellent, and the salsa was to die for (as pictured below). And cheap! Hard to find cheap/good food nowadays.
