5/5 but I'll say CALL AHEAD. It was a much longer wait than I expected for just a couple of burritos. They have the number on the side of the truck and it's probably in one of the pictures on the reviews. That seemed to be what the locals were doing, and I wished I had called before leaving my motel so we could get back on the road sooner. Not really a complaint, just a heads up to other travelers. Food was good.

I got a bacon breakfast burrito, it was so delicious and ginormous! Lasted my whole drive home back to Denver. Wish I lived closer so I could grab another one.
We were on our way home from a 3 day road trip and spotted this Food truck on the side of the road.2 very delicious and hearty burritos were prepared for us.Thank you!Will definitely stop by again if in the area!
